Vishal Mega Mart — Regarding Redeem of gift voucher. | |
Sir, this is the case of Vishal Mega Mart Barabanki Branch by the customer Kamlesh Verma(contact no [protected]). We have purchased items of worth Rs3791 on 17th of May, 2015 and we have got gift voucher of Rs750. There are terms and conditions printed on that gift voucher for its validity upto 3 months. Today, on 10th of June, 2015 we again have went to store, shoppped for Rs5100 and then asked the staff for redeem of that voucher. But the staff and manager is saying that the voucher has expired now and it was valid only for 1 month and even they are not showing where this condition of 1 month is written. It is unacceptable. This is fraud to customers. Please do something for our satisfaction and let us inform what actions will be taken for this nonsense. Was this information helpful? | |

On 5 December 2020 I the purchase of rupees 1600 from Vishal mega Mart, Patrakarpuram, Gomtinagar. After the purchase I was given a voucher which can be redeemed for rupees 500 for a purchase of rupees 2000 and above. The coupon was valid till 30th December On 29th of December I went to Vishal mega Mart Chinhat, to redeem my voucher because it was clearly mentioned in point 4 ofTerms and conditions that it can be redeemed at any Vishal mega Mart. Image of the voucher is attached herewith. But it was not redeemed as the system was showing that the voucher number was invalid. I contacted Vishal mega Mart patrakarpuram for further advice but they told me that the voucher was only valid in their own Store. This is not correct as the terms and condition clearly mentioned that the voucher can be redeemed anywhere in any Vishal mega mart store. Hence, I was not able to redeem the voucher at the store therefore please resolve my issue.
