I visit vishal mega mart sangrur. I exchange size of clothes of new born baby. Guard says us to selected same price clothes. We selected but billing department says us that no exchange after 15 days... We felt very sad. If possible, plz help us for exchange... Mob [protected]...

This is debasis raj parida, bought some items at your vishal mega mart, baripada on 9th december of ₹534. At the time of payment i told the cash counter attendant/executive that i would like to pay it through qr code and i request him to show me the qr code. I paid the amount ₹534 through my google pay account. Amount deducted from my bank account but the cash counter executive said to me that the transaction has been failed....

I approach two time on date 13 & 14 april'19 but on counter ur staff say that over server is down. Last date for redemption is 14 april'19 as per msg. We are not happy with ur service. Why all the time server is down. Is it a trap for customer to visit again & again...

I would like to inform you that i am the one loyal customer for you, in every months i have expend money aproxx 5000 to 6000 at vishal mega mart. Yesterday i purchased same as usual, but yesterday i have purchased 3 briefs for me, today due to size was over i am going to exchange the briefs and mango bite they are deny to exchange the thing due to company policy, if as per company norms the things cannot be exchange...

This is complain regarding above subject.. Yesterday 28/10/2018 i baught two bra which cost 159 each but the size was not going to fit so next day 29/10/2018 i visited vishal mega mart ltg tower no 3, 4, 5, 6 outer ring road laggeri to return exchange it but there was not that size which i need so counter executive was not ready to exchange it, then i contact to manager but he is also given same answer.. There is no exchange on innerwear.....

With reference to above subject today i have more disappointed with your people.
I purchased one t-shirt for my dad 20days before unfortunately the size was not suitable so i plan to exchange the t-shirt but your staff told within 15days only exchange option available now it's not allowed.

Front side of the bill terms & condition is not displayed. I purchased other branches also but there treat...

As i have recently visited vishal mega mart, khandsa branch, gurgaon. Somehow due to nature call i went to washroom and i saw the seat was so dirty and unflushed, i literally vomitted, even the staffmember complained that too and said it was in the same condition from last 3 hrs.in a country where toilet moment is going on how you should not act responsible? Being a departmental store giant you should assign or recruit a house keeping staff...

They are not contacting with us...When we call on there customer number they just pickup call and a machine said to wait and your call is important to us and then cut the call without listen any thing

Please take a strict action toward them because they are niglacting the issues faced by there consumers...They just fulfilling the formality by providing the telephone number of vishal mega mart headquarter...

Dear sir, today 31/10/2017 anout 12pm i went to vishal mega mart at 31/9 hosure main road rupena agrahara bommanhalli banglore-68 and bought a sando it was of 199 rs buy one and get one free i did not notice that it is in the offer of buy one and get one free
When i went to cash counter girl was at counter taken money and did not tell me that it's one free also
But when i reach at gate for going out then security ask that it's...

So I along with my husband happened to visit VMM indore for buying gifts for our parents for diwali...we choose around 6 things to purchase in about half an hour...it took us more than 1 hour 2 get d billing done...and no...there wasn't any unimaginable rush or something...dey were just plain slow...trust me dis happened to me 4 d 2nd tme...hence...guys [censored] really wanna get customers...train ur billing guys...ur service s simply Goin 4 a...

I m not satisfied with urs wear items, ek time tha ki jab bhi muje jeans lena hota tha to mai kabhi bhi koi options nhi search krta tha sirf vishal megamart jata tha or full satisfied hota tha.. But ab wo baat nhi rahi apke brand me driftwood or mavis ne to jo rahi sahi kasar bhi nikal di..
In dono brand ke mene kam se kam 10 pairs purchase kiye hai in kuch 1 sal me.. Jb pehli pair liya to uska color bahut jaldi...

In Vishal mega mart (sector -14, Gurgaon) their is something wrong, i mean there is tampering in billing department...i just want to inform Vishal management to take a appropriate action on it, please do inspection from your side regarding my complain... i m telling u all these things because a boy whose salary is just 4000(Part time job) but he earn 25000 to 30000 in a month, how it could be possible without tampering...and it is might me...

But no deduction confirm by vishal mega mart Rewa on my purches bill no 372/[protected] date 6/5/17 time 19:48
This is not first time that this type of fraud conducted by vishal mega mart

Kindly give me 50/ RS back otherwise I am free to take legal action...

We bought tandem gas stove on 26th feb, and the product is very pathetic..after one week of installation got disastrous result., the material used in manufacturing is very low quality..the knobs of the unit came out of the instrument on regular basis.
Its very risky to use such kind of product in household where GAS is involved..you people are playing with the lives of people.
Its very BAD experience and the after sale service...

Counter no.5 employees that she is manner less and talk rudely with customer as I have face the same problem today at 5:45 pm
Due to rudeness of employees I had a heated argument which make me totally unhappy to your mall that such an employee should not be keep in your mall as your it make your reputation declined . As for unnecessary make me to argue with them
Please do take a necessary action...
