Hi I want my UAN number from SM but they told me I haven’t what’s wrong with him. Also his behaviour was very bad he haven’t sense how to talk with CUSTOMERs and staff also he is doing bad things in store example ### fight arguments etc. I want my information about PF.

Was purchase a tandem induction on march 25 2023 at imlichhati Bhande Plot chowk sakkardara Nagpur store...this time not working...i m all ready complain on 1st weak .bt ur executive no respond me...abb yei bat batao aaplog mei vishal ka mai bharosa hai isliye jate hai ..but 6 year ki warranty hai..our before 20 days mai blasting ho gaya ..incase mere families ko kuch ho jata to iski jimmedari kon leta? Yahi bat mai manager se ki to muze galiya dene laga our rudely behavior kiya ..
Aaj 16 August 2023 hai..mai aaj gaya tha aaj ke baad mai mere family ke liye koi bhi chiz nhi purchase karunga ..because all products faulty hai...our unka staff to bahut bekar response mila ...
Cooker ka blasting itna dangers huaa ki agar usme koi family member aa jata to pura jal jata ...
Vishal megha mart se muze aasha hai ki muze achhi chiz mile..

Mein porso mein karimganj Vishal mein gaya tha...mujhe ek baby suit Lena tha ...6month ka...mein waha..ekladki Ko bola...mujhe frock chaiya 6month..woh ladki...betke...mobile dek Rahi thi..aur mujhe bola ...' oidike giya dekilaou'...mein pucha tum staff ho...tum mujhe dhundke do...woh ladki... rough behave kar rahi thi..woh betke mujhe bol rahi hai..yaha saha dikha rhi hai... Etna rudly behabe staff ka ...upare mera pit piche bol rhi hai kharid nhi ati hai bigarne k liye ateh hai

Dekho sir humlg kharid ne k liye hi ateh hai itna time nhi hai ki hai jo bigarne k liye ateh hai ...sirf vishal nhi hai sopping market or v hai staff ko sudaro

RAP[protected]. on 1st weak july23...bt ur executive no respond me...abb yei bat batao aaplog mei vishal ka 8 years say customer hoo or max. marketing or product use krta hoo lakin aapkey darbhanga store pe esi trah k paresani or store manager k behave say electric kettle fake kr aa gya dusra prestise ka liya to v aapka store manager bola hmlog nahi lai saktey or kuch kr saktey hai ..muzaffarpur say induction liya to ek mahina say koi response nahi hai ...so mei galat hoo jo trust kiya ...abb xcess ho gya mei media say hoo abb saarey proof k sath aapkey store say purchasing haresment ka story flash krwata hoo ...i hav all evedince of store purchasing record ..all complain record with voice...all response of cdit n customer care recorded call n response...so lot of thanx for good behaviour marketing...just see...

I want to talking with you regarding PF, I want to withdraw my PF amount but there is a name of spelling mistake in my father name in the PF Account, due to which my claim is getting rejected for this i am coordinated with Mr. Shankar through phone call, whatever necessary documents were asked by sir, I have sent them through speed post and whatsapp on 27.03.2023 but till now no any correction has been done.
I request you to kindly do correction in this as soon as possible.

Mere dwara apke vishal mega mart me visit kiya gaya but billing counter par bill payment hone ke baad exit gate PR apke gaurd dwara bill check krne k baad kaha gaya ki billing farzi h or usne kaha sab kapde wapis under rakh k aao or bematlab ki behas kr Raha tha or ander se billing wali ladki k kehne PR bhi wo nhi mana or na he waha koi responsible Banda tha mene kaha apne manager ko bulao but unke dwara manager ko nhi bulaya gaya or mera time waste Kiya gaya
Plss iss pr karywahi kre nhi toh me police complaint kr dungi.

I have been buying from the store since 4-5 years.
It is very difficult to wait for your turn as it is very hot at the billing counter..Never works Ac in Ganganagar store.
No action even after complaining many times
Will there be any action against this or not?

Not providing refund when i asked them for refund..They told Vishal doesn’t give refund and when i showed that Vishal actually gives. Then tgey show their term and policies and didn’t give me refund.

I went to vishal to return my rugs which I bought same day one hours ago
They denied it to return

I did a upi transaction of rs 668 for a purchase in Vishal mega Mart dd puram Bareilly Uttar Pradesh but the billing counter executive said that they did not receive the amount hence asked for cash payment which i did and i was informed that the amount o[censored]PI transaction would be reverted soon which has not happened yet.

Today I have visited Vishal mega Mart for shopping perpose I am select two cloths but one cloth is without security tag . l ask cashier this cloth is without security tag cashier toke to me 'bill karna hai ki nhi " cashier not answering properly

The services is very bad for exchanging size problem, I just shop here yesterday but due to size problem they said that I can exchange only 3 items ok I exchange after a very bad services with worker and they made me wait for a very long time for exchange a particular worker was so awful don’t know how to talk to customer. I’m a regular customer I shop even 3 times last week but because of bad experience I’m never shopping here and...

Me going ur grocery store but ur staff is no there four time I m request ur other person pls come and confirm the price but not respons any one many person going back. Me also going back and purchase some items other Market. So pls as soon as action ur staff

Is there any rule that i can't trial clothes? Is your stores in different state have different rules? If i wouldn't be able to trial clothes how would i be able to know they are of my size or they are looking good on me? I went to your stores in tripura one of your salesman stopped me from trying clothes. Is this how you treat customer? Is this your customer service?

Beaware of Fraud, Folk! I have done the payment through UPI, the executive said girl it has not done but from my account the amount has been debited, so they told me to do the payment again, as the previous one will bounce back to my account but it never came back to my account, i have been trying to politely tackle this issue but the executive are not responding anything on this, the amount is Rs113. So, please don't purchase from vishal mega mart sector 49/Sector 78 Noida. Today, I visited again and manager name : Pooja and Store Manager name Rajendra said its taking 48 hours to bounce back money 24 hours has gone. He has share me mobile number : [protected]. If money received or not, then I contact him. Let's see what happens.

I made a purchase in October and I lost the receipt but I need it now so can you provide me a duplicate bill...I also have the transaction screenshot...

I have reached vishal mega mart badaun where i bought some items i have a problem.in one of them so i replaced that item the old bill was taken from the manager of the mart then i took my replaced item and get back today another item of that products was defected so i go back to mart for replacment i told them that they have bill so i showed them online invoice they refused the bill and used abusive language. And said me to complaint online on there custumer care office and said do whatever i want to do they will not replace then custumer care officer tell them to replace they changed there talks. this is worst behaviour from team vishal...

Behaviour of staff is very bad.
I am cleaning floor in Vishal mega Mart when we were shopping here. Staff told us that no housekeeping person in Vishal mega Mart. So forcefully staff has cleaned the floor. So request you please take hard action against her.

I have done the shopping in Karnataka shamraj pet branch on 8.02.23, on that I billed 2800 rupees and I got the coupon of 300 rupees and to redeem next shopping and they said that it will be get the sms on next day but it's not received and I called to customer care they suggested to visit any branch of vishal mart to redeem so I visited at attapur branch in Hyderabad and done the shopping of 2500 rupees after done the billing and told it's not updated the coupon so he cont redeem (sandeep store manager id:[protected]) and ask to do next time shopping then also need to buy 2000 worth shopping to redeem the same.

Please clear the issue immediately.
