Vishal Mega Mart — Found & Misbehave with the customers

Respected sir/ma'am,

With due Respect I would like to draw your kind attention that on 18 OCT 20 at 15.27.52 I pursued some products from vishal Mart -Golaghat from counter NO:03(Minaki medhi) and my total bill amount was 831 including GST and all Tex. There is an offer buy one get one free in DRIFTWOOD MEN SHIRTS at rs. 399.00 . The thing is that the amount got changed 399.00 for one shirt and additional 129.00 changed for 2nd shirt but offer not got eligible and there is no offer found, you people are showing offer but also taking additional charges for the same you people's cheating by showing offer.This is the 9th times I have visited Vishal and got 2 error.

And 2nd thing is when I stand Front of cash counter for payment a leady was there and tow guy's(Floor team leader /Rectify team leader and one sales employee) was standing behind the lady and the behavior was to bad with customer like they were using some wrong words about me that "I am standing over there(in counter-3) just because of the leady was there " when I heard I felled very gelt. So I got very nervous. This types of customers service provided by the employees I think the manager of the Megamart should notice this things... Very poor customer service providing by you employe. If I got a chance to rate the I will have A Big *ZERO* .
