Vishal Mega Mart — free gift not given

Today i.e. on 12 March 2020 I went to Vishal Mega Mart, Haldwani for shopping. I was informed by employees of Vishal Mega Mart that i will get free gift worth Rs. 777 if i shop for products costing Rs 5000 but on purchasing products more than Rs 5000 i was given gift worth Rs 677 only which were 2 hime ninja toilet cleaner (Rs 80), 2 home ninja floor cleaner (Rs 99), 2 home ninja dish washer (Rs 110), 1 home ninja handwash (Rs99) and the attendent and guard argued and were very rude. I as a customer didn't expect such behaviour.

The same happens to me today i.e.[protected], I visited Visha Mega Mart, Shillong. If the mart doesn't want to give the free gifts then kindly don't mention them in the receipt.

On 25 and 27/5/22 i visited VISHMM nangloi Delhi.i purchased Trolley bag .in which i got gift worth Rs 400 but they didn't gave me.and in another purchased they add mobile no of someone else to get 360 points
Staff of VISHMM cheating customers.very shameful.

Same happen with me... Free Egv gift worth 1000 was not given.. The mart is present in marathalli Bangalore...
