Vishal Mega Mart — General complaint. | |||
I am the regular customer of vishal mart having my mobile No.[protected]. On 11st August 2021, I received a message from you stating a bonus of Rs.250/- has been added to my loyalty account with validity upto 15th Aug 2021. On 15th Aug 2021 I purchased stores worth Rs.1843/- vide Bill No.[protected] dated 15th Aug 21. There was a problem in the system as result I was taken to another system and amount debited. Mr. Rakesh Kumar was Billing clerk. I was in believe that the bill was after redeeming the loyalty amount. Since my spec was not available, I could not check bill. Besides I was billed Rs.460/- for 01 KG Full broom tea as against your add published in The Times of India dated 15 Aug 2021 for Rs.425/-. Yesterday I met Mr. Dhirender, mart incharge with above grievances, but refused to entertain being date elapsed for redeeming the amount while accpeting mistake on the part of bill clerk. Sir, it is breach of faith and I feel I was cheated by staff of Vishal Mart. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
