With lot of agony pain and frustration I am writing this mail with a request to kindly arrange to take a whole review at your end and to settle my case amicably.
I have visited your Mall located in Anantnagar for the first time and purchased various items amounting to Bill value of Rs 2, 146/- vide Bill Number [protected] Dated 14th April 2021.In the list of items I have purchased includes one number of Nirlep Non stick Tava bearing Article Code [protected] at a unit value of Rs 599/-.The said Non stick Tave was having quality problem and within a usage of two days the handle got broken.Since it was a manufacturing defect I have visited your store on 21 st April 2021 and requested them to replace the Tava since supplied Tava was having the quality issue.
I regret to inform you that the in charge of the store refused to replace the same and not given any convincing reply to me.With lot of frustration I have left the Tave in your store itself and came back.
In this regard I personally feel I had a very very bad experience in my first visit to your store.I am to request to kindly arrange to give me replacement Tava or refund my money amounting to Rs 599/-, In case my request is not considered it will give wrong signal which is not good for your organization.
I am awaiting for your positive reply at the earliest.
