Vishal Mega Mart — no change/exchange of purchase item

This is complain regarding above subject.. Yesterday 28/10/2018 i baught two bra which cost 159 each but the size was not going to fit so next day 29/10/2018 i visited vishal mega mart ltg tower no 3, 4, 5, 6 outer ring road laggeri to return exchange it but there was not that size which i need so counter executive was not ready to exchange it, then i contact to manager but he is also given same answer.. There is no exchange on innerwear.. I told, u should provide some alternate to coustmer when require size is not available u should give other option to buy any other item or give some time that u will provide require size or some credit note but he told no option we are not accepting exchange on innerwear. I told wat should i do. U r manager u should give some options but u r keeping urself in comfert zone.. It should b for coustmer.. When there is no exchange on innerwear then it should b mention near innerwear install bcoz in changing room clearly mention there is no trail on innerwear. Counter executive should tell there is no exchange on innerwear... It's loss of 318 rs.. Other bra was there but price issue.. Other bra was just 69 rs i asked to manager if i buy two bra which i don't like but i have to buy bcoz there is no other option... So two bra means 69×2 = 138 so 318-138 = 180 it will refund or i can buy other item.. He told no u have to use ur 318 rs in purchasing of innerwear only if excess amount will come u have to pay..
Then i bought 4 bra instead of two and quality is not good also as we r not going to buy that bra which we purchased.. We want that bra only which i purchased earlier but bcoz of size issue we want exchange but no require size was there.. There was no other option provided by manger.. It's total loss of money... When there is no option to exchange or trial of innerwear then it should not to sale.. It's totally fed up.. I totally disappointed... If i know the term and condition.. I never go vishal to buy innerwear... It's full loss..
