Vishal Mega Mart — Poor Customer Service

Hi Team,
I bought some clothes from one of Your store located in Sec 59, Phase 5 Mohali. Me & My family used to buy clothes from The Vishal mega Mart.As the product is good and on the reasonable price. But today what the customer service is in the Store was Really bad and Wrong Promotion Advertise in store you will find in the attachment..as its shown if you buy the clothes for above Rs 1500, You will get Rs 100 off but when I went for Billing The Till person said itz not valid and this amount you will get Next time but thats not mention on the Advertisement.
And the Second the charges for the Bag, That the Bag have the handles of your company Logo like Blue and Pink and why customer Have to pay for the The Advertisement for the company.customer Wouldn't mind to pay for the Bags either if thats looks good and worth it Rs 16 is expensive as by the Quality of the bag.Hope you will get into it and give better customer service next time.
