10/7/2015, last evening, mei aur mere friends vishal mega mart gaye jo surajmal metro station ke near hai, waha par hum sab t-shirts, top pasand kar rahe the jaha par board lada tha buy one get one hun usmei do top liye aur waha par vishal ke person se confome kiya ki sach mei buy one get one h in dono top par us ne dekh aur bola ha ji aur kai chje le aur billing counter par gay waha hamara bill 1100 tha humne kaha ki hamare hisab se 500+ ho ga ap bill dihao to billing wala bola pehle billing karo fir bill lena, bill dekha to pata chala ki jo buy one get one wale top the unka 299/- rs tha wahi rs lage ha humne billing karne wale ko kaha ye to galt ha usne kaha ab kuch nahi ho sakta fir koi staff ke log aaye aur badi bure shapdo mei bolne lage ap andhe ho rs nahi pad sakte ho anpad ho ky jao paise nahi retun ho ge humari batho ko wo sunsa he nahi chate the bole itane log aate h kisi ne kahi ka top kahi raha diya h to hum kya kar ap ko lene pade ga badi behas ke pad retun silp bani aur paise mile aur wo bhi itane ghnto baad...ky h ye yese logo ko raha ha ap ne ki galti ke baad mei aaram se nahi bilte mei hamesh pritampura merto station wale vishal mega mart se leti hu wo itni acchi tarha se reply kar te h aur kal ke baad to mood he off ho gay kyoki ye shopping meri sister ke birthday keliye thi...plz staff change kare

    Today at 7:30 I visited vishal megamart situated at M.I. Road Jaipur. The guard was very rude. He told me not to take a small tiffin box which I was carrying with me.On asking whether I could keep that box with him, he told me to go outside.Moreover, when I noticed somebody carrying his helmet inside I complained Why he was not stopped.The guard and the salesman started misbehaving. I will never visit Vishal megamart in future and even I will refrain my family members and known people from doing so.

      The incident is of Vishal mega mart outlet at Panchkula Sector 5. A shopping item (pair of shoes) was refused to be sold on counter, with the reason being given as its barcode is not entered into their database and cannot be scanned. On questioning them, the manager Mr. Aashutosh asked to wait for half an hour to purchase this item. Clearly, there is a lag in their inventory system where they forgot to enter new items and placed them on display. My concern is what about the time a customer has spent on trying and selecting an item.

        I found the sales person at the counter don't know how to talk to customers. I think they should know how to behave with customer. Counter person at billing desk behaved me badly, when I asked him about his name then he said 'Kya kar loge'. I think you hired some local bully to instead of mannered staff. I've also observed that he was behaving badly with other peoples also. Store located near by Government Hostel Chauraha, Plot No. 1 Opposite, Jaipur, Rajasthan I think I should better avoid such low grade places.

          The sales person at the counter have no manners to talk to customers. I can't believe that you have hired some cheap people. This guy after biling asked me to pick up the bag and leave immediatly "Bag uthao aur niklo" was the words used. I can't believe the humiliation i faced. This is disgusting. Even a local retailer has the decency to respect their customers. I atleast expect an apology from the Vishal staff. I usually don't visit your store but I just needed this reason may be to never bother your staff again.             Sir today 29/06/2015 visited at vishal megamart bathinda .I have discounted coupon of 400 rps.It was my first experience to buy on discounted coupe .But it gave lot of headache.I just wasted my 3 hours to purchase things of 1000.Nothing was cleared about what we can buy!Please if company have to give discount menstion it clearly so we can save our time .Thank you .b

              Hi I am from South Africa. I visited vishal patna on the 21/5/ 2015 and bought items for about Rs5000. I received a Rs 750 discount voucher. The 3 month validity period was scratched out but no other time period was stipulated. I went out of my way to come to your store to use the voucher. When i went on the 24/6/2015 to your store in Patna they told me its expired. I spoke to the manager and showed him that there is absolutely no mention of a 1 month validity period on the voucher. He told me the worker told me when I received the voucher. I told him nobody mentioned anything about 1 month to me and my wife was with, she also testified to that. He told me he can give me a gift pack which was a sugar and an oil. I told him I have no need for this as I'm travelling shortly. He told me he can't do anything. I am extremely dissapointed in your service. Back home in South Africa service complaints are dealt with immediately. I hope something is done about this asap

                Sir, 1. I would like to bring in your kind notice that on 21 Jun 2015, I visited to Vishal Megamart Kurukshetra with my family for purchasing. I parked my Car in parking available in front of Vishal Megamart. We done a purchase of approx 4000/-. After that boarded in our Car and started for home. Just after 50 meters away from Vishal Megamart, both rear side tyres of my Car got punctured. I felt that something wrong done with the Car in Parking area. 2. It is not out of place to mention that, I was very well aware that there is no role of Vishal Megamart staff. Therefore, I approached to Manager of Vishal Megamart, Kurukshetra, who was standing on Counter near Main Gate. I narrated him the problem with a hope to find some clue to the problem, to report the matter might happened in Parking area or some sympathetic support. But to my surprise, that Manager told me with ROUGH BODY LANGUAGE that MAINE TO NHI KIYA YA TUM BATAO MERE STAFF NE KIYE HO TYRE PUNCTURE. I told that Sir, matter is not who have done, Matter is that whether something like occurrence happened or reported to you in past or not. He told that I am not dealing with such problem and told me that YOU STAND AT MY POSITION AND YOU TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO. Then I told him, please be polite, I am not blaming to you or your staff. I am in trouble and my family members are standing by the Road. We can find the cause of problem to avoid any such Future incident. But that fellow has not paid any attention towards my words and every time spoken with laughing manner. He even told by bringing his face infront of me, that MAINE TUMHE KUCHH KAHA DEKHO MAIN TO TUMSE SMILING WAY ME BAAT KAR RAHA HU or to wards to this effect. In proxy way he was not listening me, rather he was insulting me infront of his staff and other customers. It was also sure that the Problem must have been developed to critical, if my family members would have been present at the seen of this ill behavior because I would not be able to bear such insult in front of them. 3. In view of the above, I request your kind office to initiate proper and strict action against such Management icons so that they do not insult any such CUSTOMER in future.

                  I am a very enthusiast shopper of Vishal Mega Mart .I spend almost 3-4K every month in vishal. I had shopped on 31.05.2015 at Noida store and Vishal Noida store has given me gift voucher of Rs.500/-. and it was valid for all vishal store. when i gone to Dundahera Gurgaon store they didn't accept the same and said it got expired. while voucher has a written validity till 27th June 2015. I had spend my 2-3 hours to collect my shopping products when i reached to the cash counter he has denied to accept the voucher and said it got expired while there is validity mentioned by noida store manager clearly.and I turned back the voucher and it has mentioned a 90 day validity. i asked to the store manager to help me regards this. He started arguing instead of helping me. his nature was very rude to the customers. he has no answer regards this then he said this voucher has a validity one month without seeing the voucher. Then i said if this voucher has a month validity then why did not your cashier accepting the same. after checking the voucher he said again sir it has validity of one week only.what a funny joke sir i said to the manager. at last i had left all the stuff on cash counter which was around 6000/- rupees and came back to home. Just want to ask you seniors when you didn't know the value of your words why you commits to your customer . And i will never come to the any vishal store in my life or neither i will recommend to other my friends also.

                    We shopped for Rs. 15000 during first week of June at Mega mart shop near LB Nagar. We were given coupons worth Rs. 5000 which we were told could be redeemed before 25th june. Today the 21st we went to redeem. We found that only specific brands were marked for redemption and the required sizes were not available. only junk was available. We feel cheated. pl look into this. We have been shopping with you for quite some time and you have let us down very badly.Pl do not try to fix responsibility on the local store guys as they are helpless and tell us that the stocks are all exhausted. When the cut off was 25th you should have ensured all required stocks till 25th. We were forced to pick up some junk, just to make up for the Rs.5000/-. This was least expected of a brand like yours.                         yesterday i went to your palwal mall with my wife she had his hand purse with her, on entrance one of your security boy told us to check that bag, i told him that this is a ladies purse so you can not open, than he forcefully touch my wife's purse and try to open its zip.i stop him and went to your reception counter and told about incident and ask whether a gents check ladies purse he also said yes, now i ask you is it yours mall policy, either you provide ladies security to check ladies items, or scanner . and you have to apologize in written otherwise i will go again with ladies police to show yours behavior with ladies. i[censored] not answered within 24 hours i will complaint with women commission. u can see cctv footage about my complaint thank you, sharad sharma [protected]

                          This letter is typically used by me after a verbal discussion o[censored]nwanted behavior has taken place by vishal megamart staff of sangrur (Punjab). In this instance, the behavior was ridiculous which encouraged by a female staff of the store .i f. but has continued and it is necessary telt like being in hell .the store manager also encourage that creepy behavior of lady staff which leads to escalate that behavior towards me to the next level of the organisation. An employee discipline should be taken to avoid such incident in future.

On next day product becomes faulty we return the product on 12/6/2015. Manager is not exchanging the product so we left the product on Vishal megamart. I request you to please register the complain against manager and sales executive. Please return the good product or cash back or we will be sending and registering complaint with consumer court.

                                Dear Sir/Madam My self Ankur Batra from Sri Muktsar Sahib, yesterday i visit your vishal megha mart, i wit for half an hour billing because Mr. Dharmveer Singh not made my bill of Rs.25/- only. he refuse it because bill amount is less, i request him to make payment 02 or 03 times but he ignore. no store incharge was available their, at last i demand complaint box but boys said their is no complaint box you directly call to store incharge. then i demand feedback form i fill it(copy attached) AND DEMANDING DROP BOX GATE MAN REFUSE TO GIVE THE BOX N SAY GIVE IT TO ME I SHOW IT TO STORE INCHARGE BUT I REFUSE TO HAND OVER TO HIM.                                   Sir, this is the case of Vishal Mega Mart Barabanki Branch by the customer Kamlesh Verma(contact no [protected]). We have purchased items of worth Rs3791 on 17th of May, 2015 and we have got gift voucher of Rs750. There are terms and conditions printed on that gift voucher for its validity upto 3 months.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, Location of Store :- Sector13/14, Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana. Incident timings :- 3rd june-2015, 11:40AM to 1:30PM. My Mobile No. is :[protected]. Incident :- My wife visited store on above given timing. She put hre purse in the trolley & move for shopping. after shopping, on the billing counter she found her hand bag open & someone has stollen money from handbag. cctv footage shown for 5 mins only from staff, but found no any picture of her. Staff told that aal area is not covered in cctv & footage was not also so clear. Money stolen amout was Rs. 5700. Now, what should I do ? should I go to police ? should I go to consumer court ? Or should I go to media ? Please confirm, what are the Standards followed by Vishal mega mart for their customers ?

                                    this incident happened on 3/06/2015 - 8:00pm. I, Dr Himanshu Verma with my parents who are a regular customer of your mega store for past 4 months. we purchased grocery of around 7, 000 rupees. our greviance is rach of our article was checked by security gaurd. this process took around 1 hour. in between all other people who purchased were allowed to move out without any checking. when informed to store manager, he said there was some problem with cashier dropping extra things in some of customers baggage. sir, if this was the case then every customers purchase baggage should be checked and not only the one who has made the bulk purchase. also my parents who are senior citizens had to wait for an hour along with me for getting everything checked. sir, if there are lapses in your system, i don't feel customer should be troubled. also the message which goes into the society is, , the customers are frisked.. and the gaurds think that customers are thieves... the manager doesn't care.. he is totally insensitive and on pretext of system .. he lets ur customers to be troubled.. this is my personal experience, evreytime we go to vishal mart, one or the other customer has this greviance.. and this time it happened to us. other stores are far better placed, the staff is quiet well behaved and sensitive to needs of the customers.                                       Purchase made on 19 May 2015 at Vishal Asok Nagar branch. There was a offer of Get 3 kgs sugar free on a purchase of Rs. 999 and above. We had a purchase of Rs. 1200. But the gift of 3 kgs of Sugar not given to us. The manager said that the stock has finished.
