Due to natural calamity of yesterday in Kolkata and Hooghly the products were not returned within 14th days. The dealing staff are making harrassment for return. I frequently tried to understand that the situation was entirely adverse due to constant huge rain and the street was under water so how could I come to the Mall. So please instruct the staff in hooghly Konnagar to behave smoothly
