Vishal Mega Mart — staff misbehavior and refusal to change a defective product | |||||
I visited vishal store - annapurna road indore. One of the product i bought was defective and i took the product back along with the bill. The staff there mr. Sunil joshi used communication and denied to change the product, moreover, i was told that the product didn't belong there. I have the bills, the cctv footage can be seen, there are ways to solve issues rather than simply misguiding the customer. Vishal has so far the worst customer care experience and even doesn't care for their customers. Dmart is way better in these terms. Was this information helpful? | |||||
