Yesterday, i have purchased some items from your rajouri garden centre. During payment, they have given me a carrying bag and charged ₹14 for that and also there is an advertisement printed on the handle of bag. Now, i want to know that if i have paid for the carrying bag then why i advertise for your brand? This is the same case as happened with bata india in which chandigarh consumer forum had penalised bata for the same thing. I have told this thing to your staff but he didn't give any response regarding that. Therefore, i demand 4 things from your side: 1. I want to know the reason, why i advertise for your company after paying the amount for carrying bag? 2. I want my ₹14 back. 3. From next time every vishal mega mart customer get carry bag without any brand name or if you print your brand name then provide it free of cost. 4.
