We bought tandem gas stove on 26th feb, and the product is very pathetic..after one week of installation got disastrous result., the material used in manufacturing is very low quality..the knobs of the unit came out of the instrument on regular basis. Its very risky to use such kind of product in household where GAS is involved..you people are playing with the lives of people. Its very BAD experience and the after sale service is even more worst, they people dont even to listen the problen. And warranty for 3 years on product for replacement and exchange of no use..i dont want to keep that product anymore, replace my product with another brand on urgent basis.. Burner sahi se kaam ni kr rha or product abi warrenty me hai.

I punched tandem gas stove in vishal mega mart in the December month in February month only Nob issue started and I contained so many time but there didn’t take action still i am calling every day caustomer care and Regional officer Balvan kumar
They are answering my call so tomorrow I’m going to give complaint regarding this tandem company.
