Vision Ias — not getting access to online classes, even after payment

I have made full payment on 18th april through neft directly from allahabad bank. I submitted transaction details, voter id card, bank passbook copy for verification. I made 4-5 calls everyday to vision ias and registered my complain, i sent them several times. But still i havent got any satisfactory reply and they are killing my time. I am losing my money and time.
