I've placed an order # 15127 on march 30, 2019. I got a call that my order will be delivered on april 14, 2019. I haven't received the order, not able to sign in to account and also phone number out of reach. Payment was done through freecharge and when complained to them to investigate they simply ask me to contact them.

Freecharge is also not concerned about fraud and they are only caring for clients.
