Even though i have paid your all dues even before the due date of my loan of 20, 000 with you, you people still reported as due in my cibil records. This is a clear carelessness from your side.

I have made the pre-payment of the emi i have taken for worth rs. 20, 000. I have made the payment of rs. 20, 111 as shown in your app pre payments section.

Even till today it is reported as due of 843rs for visu leasing & finance services in cibil. And also emi pending days to almost 200. It has decreased and impacted my cibil score very much because of you carelessness. I am failing a leagal suit against you people for this.
