I am student of engineering (Karavali institute of technology manglore). I had to change my college due to the atmospheric conditions and other medical issues. I asked my institute to give the noc and other documents, but there are asking to pay other 3 years fees which cannot me afford by my parents. Due to this i am not getting admission to any other institute and my life will be wasted. So, i request you to please help me. Please sir the college has been started. Please help me out of this.
