This ### guy VItthal Kadam having mobile [protected] was seating with RTO officials when at 42 number in Pune RTO when I visited. He asked me about the required choice number. As he was well known there and seating with officials, I thought that it will be ok to provide him the details. He asked me for 4000 DD and 500 cash. I provided him the same, I wrote down the detils of choice number with my name as well as my mobile number.after few days he was just giving me the false statements .After wards i came to know that he was a fraud guy and doing frauds from so many years by seating inside with officials and officials also adjust him for seating there as they don't inform anyone about his nature. Inspite of writting all the details at backside of DD he misused my DD for another number and now his mobile is switch off and doesn't met there. By tracing his information, I came to know as he loves in shastrimagar area of yerwada and his real name is not vitthal Kadam but not sure.please be aware of that ### guy.
