Grand Vivanta had provided me with a gift voucher for attending a session about their vacation plans, however, redeeming the voucher is a huge trouble. The gift voucher team is trained to not respond to emails and give irrelevant responses in such a way that the customer just rejects the idea of redeeming the voucher. I have emailed around 15-20 times and rang their customer care phone multiple times to only get fake call-back promises from them. Kindly refrain from this company.

Vivanta Vacation Club invite us for their event held in Radison Hotel on[protected]. Their they motivate us to take their membership plan so they arrange hotel rooms and other service at time of family vacation in 4-5 star hotels like Hotel Taj. they also gave us free movie tickets and 3 night/ 4 day stay in one of their associates Hotel around. we took Gold Membership for 5 years 6 night /7 days plan for Rs 90, 250/- which we agree to play through credit card. They provide us Membership card showing membership number and valid for 5 years. we swipe credit card for Rs 66, 000/- ( Rest is still not paid by us with the grace of god). As rest amount was pending from our side they call us to pay back along with Annual Maintenance Charges. I think around July- August 2022 received call for Balance amount and AMC but I told Balance amount is ok i will pay but AMC is not mention at time of event nor ask for it after 6 months how you ask for AMC. after that not get call nor i received any Email, call from them.
As i was planning for my Vacations in Dec or Jan 23. I try to call them. but i fail to contact them.

4) Salesperson whom sale me membership left her job. pick my call she told contact toll free no. she had contact there few ago. now she also stop taking calls or she have no way to help on this. my Vacation this year also get spoil because of them. I feel helpless whom I ask for help. I search on internet. I found www.vivantahotels.com their I try to login through my mobile number. to my surprise it show my records little bit . my name membership number is difference as I was provided. but when i try to contact them regarding my Vivanta vacation club membership they told me its a Taj Hotel not Vivanta Vacation Club. In end of conversation they say its Hotel Taj so they don't entertain my query.
Help us in this regard

Dear, as I have purchased club membership from them but after that didn’t got any kit & when I am calling for booking these cheaters are not picking up the phone.

Hi, i purchased Vivanta vacation plan for 10 years and no kit recived no help recived from any help desk..

I tried 3 vacations in four months all of them they have not booked.

They are cheating just taking all the money and not responding... No proper customer service... Just luring people with movie tickets and vochers.

How do we get the money back.. i am middle class and this was 10 years vacation plan..

My wife and children lost there hope with kind of cheating people in this world.

After we got cheated for 1 Lakh and raised multiple complaints they called us and said salesmen toh jyada hi bol dete but aisa nahi.
They asked us to pay for 11k more to start the service where they promised they we will send us login details and all we paid it took the tour and now they refusing to take another booking from us neither ready to refund our money saying legal case hua hai so membership hold pe hai.
I said I didn’t do any legal complaint just posted on consumer complaint portal neither have I done on social media and if any show us the documents on which they are agin not reply.

These are bunch frauds stay away from them.

On 14.05.2022 during one program our Loanavala visit, one membership sold by Vivanta vacation Club

Now we are trying to contact but they are not reachable

We want our refund

This guys are frauder and coward. Behaving like kids. They sell me membership by name of international membership now other stupid guys are telling me its domestic membership. I said i do not want to use your membership and ask for refund they not interested to give returns. But soon i believe those guys will be in prison. I will not take lightly. Stupid baggers. If they really have guts then don’t hide behind the computers.

Vivanta Vacation Club — That they are fraud company

We have purchased their membership in Delhi. The sales man promised many things which now we are realising are all false.
We are trying on their number and customer care for booking but not getting any response for a month now.
They said they have tie up with MMT we tried with them also and they said also said no.
The salesman promised he will help us with things but now not even picking calls.
Please help us get our money back we have paid 1Lac.

This is a fraud company as we too booked a holiday package for 5 years at Mahabaleshwar. We have been trying to contact the company since few weeks and no response and after seeing the reviews here at forum, Im sure that this is a fraud company.

I have got a call from Vivanta Vacation club team and they invited me to a hotel and they forced me to take their membership for which I refused for many times but they promised many offers and made me paid 25k rupees.

I have asked them to do 2nights hotel booking for which they refused to do so.
then I asked them to Cancel my membership and initiate a refund for which they are saying they will do it since 15-20 days. but till now now response from them.
I am trying to call them everyday and they are just playing with us and my hair earned money.
my membership was given to me in Hotel i Stay in Hitech city Hyderabad by Rahul Agarwal & Deepa Choudary and now they have blocked my phone number because I was requesting them for cancelation & refund.

I hope consumercomplaints.in team will help me to resolve my issue & get my refund back.

I have paid 1.5 lak and i cannot contact them.. can you please help me resolve this

We been aggressively requested to collect free movie and travel hotel stay 3 nights 4 days. When reached to the well knowned hotel Tivoli, the attendants looks well cultured, professional and convinced us to buy membership. They have committed lot of things like lifetime membership, 50% food discount etc. etc. But now nobody responding.

Looks a fraud company, pay these attendance a good percentage to caught innocent peoples. There are similar organisations with name Grand Vivanta exacesame format.

Vishal Gupta and Mohan Jain are the person who attended and issue with Tivoli Group also why they dont verify such culprits befofe renting their premises...

Need Refund with interest and harassment charges

This side Pratik from Hyderabad . I m also of this view Vivanta Hospitality is a fraud company. On 24th July 2022 this company had their set up in Hotel AVASA HYDERABAD. Mr. Rahul Agrawal and Mr. Rahul Mandovra pitched us for a deal and we also got caught in their fraudulent measure. We gave them 135000. It's more than a month and i m unable to make any bookings with them... I'm following up with Mr. Rahul and his boss Mr Sandeep and customer care executive s on mails and WhatsApp for booking s but no response till date... Either hotels are not available or they say I'm unable to book during requested dates ... Also Website www.vivantahospitality.com also not opening. and what I see on this portal ...that Mr.Rahul is trapping many other innocent people and playing with their hard earned money... I asked their executive s to cancel my deal and give me refund as I am unable to make booking... But they say it is non refundable ...This clause is mentioned on the agreement...Mr. Sandeep pitched me Saying send email to vvchospitality.com if you wish to cancel it ...I'll cancel this membership and provide you with refund...but no response yet .

I have taken the membership of Vivanta by paying ₹80k.
I have asked for booking my vacation through coupon for 2 times and with membership once for which i have received no response.
They have stopped picking up the calls/ replying emails.
These fraud people say that they will provide booking in the coming days but as i have gone through the other complains here I am sure i will not get it.
The other day i had received a call from customer care and the lady says i have signed some paperwork which says the membership is non- refundable, but at the time of the membership i was told that if any issues, you will receive full refund back.
Now when i try to contact the people who had enrolled the membership Priyanshu, he says i cannot help you to get a refund.
I am going to file an FIR against this fraud people.

I requested to book our Hotel at Manali and send us couple movie vouchers against Gift Voucher No. GVVL/GV/76884.Even after 3 days there is no response from the Team
