Hello this is md. Pasa my father was purchase Vivanta vacation club membership and at the time of purchasing the guys are totally very speaking good way after the time of booking they not provide a particular good property option they giving on third class hotel and they are not pick up our call no customer care services properly speak good way always the one lady is pick up the call if this is a big company how is that possible only the single one person is always pick up call in customer care so I would like to say that please refund my membership and cancel that all and don’t fraud with us please this is our very struggle money you guys are doing fraud with everyone but we are not like that we have a much more money you just continue your fake work we don’t have a problem but refund my amount

My name is Saujanya Shetty.
I visited Mahabaleshwar with my husband last year in September 2021.
There we came across these people who were distributing gift coupons, where we were told that we have won a stay in Vivianta property and to enrol that we have to attend an orientation for an hour.
They took us to an hotel where we were told about the membership packages & Vivianta properties around the globe.
We were convinced since Vivianta is a part of Taj group.
We took the membership of ₹85, 000 where the initial payment of ₹45, 000 was done by us at the same time and remaining amount later.
I have done the full payment in this year May.
Now when we tried to contact the customer care for booking.
We didn’t receive any revert for almost 50 & more mails, and whenever we called on the customer care number, the lady used to tell us we will check and let you know.
Now i have sent mails for the refund also contacted the person who had given us the membership.
It has been a month now, I haven’t received the refund yet.

Kindly help me to get the refund of my payment ₹80, 000 paid to Vivianta.

enke office ka address sahi hai kya? abhi udhar jake hi tod fod karni padegi. enke Instagram page ko hi band kar dena padega. plz guys file complain une instagram page pe.

I like to say that this company totally fraud when they give you membership that time they listening you properly after the payment when you required the property that time they give you very nominal property it’s better you can Book yourself it’s very good for your bookings because they people are providing a normal properties and whenever you required the property they not give a booking at the time very bad customer care service very bad company peoples after the purchase this membership no one response or call when you required the good booking so I suggest you that don’t come in this fraud company and don’t listening the words of fraud peoples sales person or totally Convince you and take the money after then they will not give you any response properly when you required the bookings If they call pick up that time other person said he is not there she is not there

Hi I take the membership of three years in Hyderabad Totally bad impression of this company know one pick up the my call when I call to customer care number they not give reply even the executive at the present of the provide me this membership he also not responding they cheated with me they take money and not give any holiday and any services please help me to refund my amount I am also victim of this fraud mental

Hii I am meenakshi chaudhary and the review mentioned here my name is 100% fake so i personally writing a review so that people should not think company is fraud or employees are not educated i must say i was really very impressed with the employees and the way they represented their company also fulfilled their commitments of providing the free vouchers of holiday dinner everything was well maintained i and my husband who visited to their presentation were very happy.

I visit Vivanta vacation club seminar They told me for 45 minutes presentation after the presentation when I said no I’m not comfortable to take this concept they are totally force me and indirectly use some bad words I feeling very embarrassed front of my family rudely is insulting me when I am not buying the membership and after see the review of this company they are totally fraud and they started to the fraud again in Chennai so please save your money don’t invest in this they are totally fraud company and fraud employees and uneducated employees working in this company they don’t know how to speak in English I don’t know how to talk with clients totally fraud company And they insult for food also so when you come in that kind of presentation first have your dinner then take the presentation because when you say no they guys are totally insult for food also

I visit Vivanta seminar they told me I have to come and see the concept after see the concept when I see the reviews of this company they are actually fraud peoples not give a dinner when you asked that time they are totally talk to you like very bad way I really disappointed with this company they are totally cheated and they are in Chennai come to cheating and do fraud with Chennai peoples guys safe your money they not give you any service in your coupon also the coupon is off season we have to pay 3999 taxes also if you not buying the membership they are totally rudely talk with you it’s totally bad impression of fraud company employs they are illiterate peoples I don’t think so they are have any degree also for hospitality management

Myself Sri vasana Reddy I take membership To Mr Rahul Agarwal or one girl Shivani they attend me in red fox HiTec city Hotel and they not giving bookings to me they told me they make EMI and EMI started after two months but my amount is hold in my card and they are not giving response so these cheetahs are available in Hyderabad Kindly catch up this fraud company employs and put in jail

I have mail many times for booking and also calling them multiple days but selling boys and girls and also customer care girls are fraud. I think I lost our money. They never respond till date. They all are liers. Pls never purchase this package.

They have charged Rs1.52 lacs for the Vivanta vacation club membership promising to include stay of 5star hotels for 10years.

Including complimentary trip to some places and one way flight tickets as well.

The name of the executive was Vikas Sharma and stated that he has worked with Club Mahindra.

I have procured a gold vacation package with Vivanta Club and trying to book a holiday at Daman from the past week and till date did not received any update, send many mails, called the customer care numerous times but no response, pathetic experience.

Now when I contacted the sales guy Vijay Panwar, he promised on the bookings but their customer care is asking to pay AMC charges without booking confirmation and as per contract the AMC can be paid within 12 months so if they are in your city or town please do not procure any package with them and file a police complaint as they are fraud. I have paid 84000, asking them for a refund but it seems I was looted.

The hotel is located in a fantastic place & the Himalayas view from the hotel is just amazing, the natural beauty around this hotel is also superb. Nature & Himalaya view are the only best things here, hotel staff are just not trained to host & greet staff, they don't smile at all, always chatting within themselves. For alomost all queries the response was that we dont know. The rooms are shabby felt like the room was never cleaned. The room service is responsive & quick but the food quality is strictly okish given the high price tag attached for every item. Overall the location is one of the best & the stay is strictly okish.

We have purchased their membership in Mahabaleshwar. The salesman Osma & Vijay panwar promised many things which now we are realising are all false.

We are trying on their number and customer care for booking but not getting any response we also have emailed them 25 emails but no proper response for couple of months now.
They said they have tie up with MMT we tried with them also and they said no. The salesman Osma and Vijay promised that they will help us with things but now not picking the calls and no response on what's up also.
Please help us to get our money back we paid 70 thousand

Fraud promise they never give to client if client not ask anything wrong

Really happy with the services provided by the hotel and Vivanta vacation club Would specially like to mention Mr.Pratyush for his warm welcome given to us. We were too touched about how he made us use the lift and he climbed the stairs, to maintain social distancing and then escorted us to our room.
Really happy to know about the safety measures taken by the hotel and fascinated to know about stories associated with the hotel, he told us about.
However, the breakfast waiting is too much and the choices are less. anyways
Would surely be back for such a beautiful experience

Hello sir and ma’am this review for Vivanta vacation club a right commitments I am Mohit Agrawal I take holiday in Shimla that the property name is The Oberoi Cecil, Shimla Oberoi Cecil is an amazing hotel to stay with your family . The staff is so courteous that you feel important each time to cross lobby. They have excellent pool and kids room because of which my daughter had a great time . They offer everything you need to make your stay memorable and mesmerising. The RM personally takes care of each guest.
