It was my first experience with Vivanta I would like to share that I am member of Vivanta Vacation club myself Ajay Sharma I joined that concept in New Delhi and after the joining I was planning to visit in near places so they provide the property to me is Nimrana Ford it’s hardly 125 km from Delhi and literally is to ultimate property and I am happy with Vivanta by providing a good services because after look the review I am also little bit negative but after the promises they make me happy if I am asking the right qualities they always provide me thank you Vivanta thank you relation manager Veerdeep

      I was invited for free coupons of travel and ask me take membership in which bargain starts from about 1 lakh and settled for 45800 rs approx. And told me accept agreement copy and acknowledge. While booking for hotels they ask me to pay 6000amc as written in agreement. But during invitation Mr Mihak Jain yokd ys not to pay any amount. But during issues of hotel amc he denied of 6000 amc as well..
      When i told to refund vvc team denied to pay.. I an paying half amount through emi and then will stop paying further pending amount. Is there any legal issue comes fir not paying further..

      Company cheated in same way to me. However I am lucky to manange part refund. I lodge complaint in UP CM jansunvai portal but had a bitter experience as complaint closed by concerened officer with illogical comment

        Dear sir,

        Recently I have taken gold Membership from vivanta vacation club. For same I paid 60000 ruppees to them. While applying for membership, salesman promised so many thing like travel plan, movie tickets, voucher for parlour. But now after paying the charges customer is not pickuping the calls not replying over mail/whatsapp.

        I wanted to raise complaint against club for looting the money by providing false statement.

        Please help us in this regards.

          Hi,
          We took family ownership plan name -8320 on 26th May 2022. 2 days later we tried booking the service on 28th may 2022, however the customer care didnt pick our calls. They just keep IVR going on.

          Further issues:
          1) Promised interest free debit card EMI- however bank is charging full interest
          2) Promised 4-5 start hotels while offering rooms in 2 star hotels

          Later when we called sales person Deepa Choudhary - she also never picked the calls. Hence we asked them to cancel the membership immediately on 29th May 2022. However since then we just have been calling with no / negative response from the team.

            We have taken holiday package of worth 1 Lac in bangalore. They had setup an entire event to lure multiple customers in. When we took the package Rajesh Jha had promised so many offers on holiday destination booking. They say that they have a dedicated team of people who work in customer care for our bookings. It has been more than a week that we have submitted email to get out booking done. But they have not responded or are not receiving the call. A lot o[censored]s are suffering because we were not aware of this fraud. This needs to be highlighted and taken strict action on. This is the biggest scam that's in market right now.

                Had Purchased a membership in en event held in Panipat. They assure of big things but in reality not providing 1% of the Service.
                Calling and Mailing Vivanta from Last 10 day for booking but no response on mails.

                I have faced similar issue with Grand Vivanta Vacations fraud company.

                These ### called for high tea in 5 star hotel and showed colorful pictures during discussion. These cheaters have the strategy of calling couples for discussion and we can not say no to offers in the presence of spouse. These cheaters assured many things and forced to enroll at the spot. I have paid heavily using CREDit card. These cheaters told us that email will be sent within 3 days. No news after 7 days and try to reach out sales people with whom interactions happened. These cheaters are not receiving calls. The names of these ### are Sudhir Kumar (mobile [protected] ) and Abhijeet (mobile [protected]).
                These ### should be jailed and punished so that others will be careful.

                Hopefully, I will get some help in this platform to get refund.

                  After taking a paid membership they are not giving any booking and not even responding to email and phone calls.

                  No CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMITMENT

                  Vivanta vacation club is a FRAUD COMPANY. I recently attended a meeting at Holiday Inn, Chennai. They said that there will be HIGH TEA. But, nothing provided. They said over phone that free vacation for 2 days for a couple valid for 2 years. But, after the meeting, they said that it is valid for 6 onths. THEI ONLY AIM IS TO CHEAT PUBLIC.

                    I send a email to them regarding my vacation booking three days ago but they are not responding and when ever I am calling on customer care same lady is picking call again and again and just telling me I will inform you evening but nothing is happening I think I invested my money in fraud company.

                      I am a grand Vivanta vacation customer, at the time of Regis, I was getting 10-15 calls .not a single time I got positive response for any of my requests .now I have emailed with my vacation request 5 days back but till now not received any response ..also called customer care two times but till now no response to follow up ..now feeling cheated ..

                          Received a call that offered me a free gift of 2n/3d hotel stay at grand vivanta properties in India. they asked me to come collect with my partner at Radisson Blu hotel Paschim Vihar. So, one day I finally decided to check it out. Turns out that they were trying to lure us into some 5, 10, 20 years packages for sums that went up to Rs 3, 65, 000 /- to be given in EMI. They were very keen to know what Credit card and debit card I had. Fortunately...

                            During one event hosted by Vivanta Vacation Club in Lemon Tree Hotel Chandigarh on 9th Jan, we paid RS 75000 to get membership.
                            I did get welcome mail from Vivanta Hospitality Customer Care on 10th Jan but the details were different from the offer discussed. I contact the people I met there Mr Rahul Aggarwal, Mr Deepak Kumar, Mr Pawan deep Bajwa and got the offer mail corrected.
                            However post that all stopped responding and till date I have not got my joining kit, user ID using which I can see the details and book my holidays/stay.
                            I tried contacting everywhere, on mails, on customer care numbers and on phone to all these people but no one helped. I contacted the event manager Mr Sandeep ([protected]) but no help came.
                            I no longer want to continue with such people/organization and request refund of my amount paid.

                            It seems like a fraud company, they offers 5 star holiday plans in a small budget but actually they are cheating. I attained an event on 19 April 2022 hosted at Grand Overoi, Kolkata. They said there will be high-tea but nothing was offered. They provided me gift a voucher of 2N/3D couple holiday with 2 kids and 2 Inox movie free tickets for couple. I have mail them 3 days ago to redeem the offer but on one responded yet.

                            Frequently they were asking what types of credit card I have. No EMI facility, you have to pay entire amount on the spot, which I found very doubtful. Now I am feeling lucky that I have not taken the membership.

                                  It is extremely comfortable with stunning views.the cottage at Jimm corbet park was situated in the lap of nature. It was designed carefully and lots of extra were included like fooding, Bon fire kids sport activity. And many more. The moment we enter the reserves was amazing. We see mammals reptile and many more.
