Services are good for hotels and booking system

I am member of Vivanta from last 1 year, really amazing trips we have enjoyed.Thanks Vivanta hope we would be continue your membership in future also

Ye puri nakli company hai koi fasna mat.
Neeche likhi saari baate jhooti hai, only details badane likhi hai.
It is extremely comfortable with stunning views.the cottage at Jimm corbet park was situated in the lap of nature. It was designed carefully and lots of extra were included like fooding, Bon fire kids sport activity. And many more. The moment we enter the reserves was amazing. We see mammals reptile and many more.

Wonderful full cottage great host lovely weather second visit will be next year very soon.. It's all about effort of Mr Rahul aggarwal.

I paid Rs. 55000.00 for membership believing the commitment made by the company representative Mr Veerdeep Bajwa. Later on I felt cheated by Mr Veerdeep. The company confirmed the receipt of payment by mail however did not issue any bill separately indicting the GST amount.
After hard pursuance from my side, the company refunded Rs 41350.00 and deducted Rs 13650.00 towards Admin charges. As membership charges were collected fraudulent ly and via unfair trade practice, the company doesn't have a right to claim the deduction of Admin charges of Rs 13650.00. Therefore company should refund the amount deducted as Admin charges

पिछले 2 महीने से परेशान हू, हम अपनी सुविधा के लिए अपने benefit के लिए जुड़े थे but कभी नही सोचा था कि अपने सारे काम छोड़ के पहले booking के लिए इनके पीछे पढ़ना पड़ेगा, फिर इनके गलत commitment को झेलने पड़ेंगे फिर Refund के लिए बार बार पीछे पढ़ना पड़ेगा, मैने अभी तक कोई भी service नही ली ही आज फिरसे Refund देने का बोला गया है, कल तक Refund नही आया तो FIR करूँगा पर छोडूंगा नही जब तक Refund ना आ जाए,

जो लिखा दिल से लिखा, किसी की मेहनत की कमाई को इतनी आसानी से खाने का किसी को भी हक नही है
सोशल media facebook Youtube मे भी इनके खिलाफ Negative Post डलने लगी है

Last year, I visit mrd trip of kashmir it was very fantastic and wonderful holiday with my family, ,
But i face a problem room was good but hotel service not good,
But thanks to my relationship manager vikash sharma he give me proper cordination to resolve that issue, so again vivanta thanks for my holiday,

I am taking holiday from last five years with Vivanta Vacation club continuously and i realised the difference between holidays that i was taking before five years with own planning. I never explored the hidden locations when I was planning myself but with vivanta i never quit any hidden or popular location while site seeing too... At last I will just say I and my family are super happy with their company services and their behavior...

I really happy with Vivanta vacation club

We visited The Grand Dragon Ladakh in February, travelling as a couple. This hotel is one of the first luxury hotels in Leh and it’s amazing to see how beautifully done is this place!
We checked in around 12, and waited for our covid report (a COVID test was done at the Leh airport). The staff was very prompt and helped us get our covid reports from the authorities as they were quite delayed post which we could travel in Leh.
Our room was spacious, quite quiet with elegant furnishings and intricate artwork. The view from our balcony was mesmerizing! We looked forward to our evening tea with those gorgeous mountains for a view!
The food at hotel's restaurant Zasgyrath was very nice, really enjoyed the food. Also, the spread ranged from local Ladakhi food to Indian, Asian, Mediterranean; and service was excellent.
The hotel always had a picnic box ready for us, each time we left the premises. Such a sweet gesture by the team; felt like home!
TGDL curates personalised picnics in landscapes that take your breath away. We opted for a picnic to a frozen lake, and trust me that memory will be etched forever! One can opt for experiences like visits to quaint mountain villages and ancient monasteries as well. They promise you a holiday far above the ordinary and totally live up to it.
All in all, it was an amazing experience and we would love to visit again!

My relationship manager Mr Rahul mandovra provide us fairfiled marriott resort in goa for 4N/5D. They also provide us food coupens voucher too.
Thats my 3rd vacation from their side, i am completly satisfied from company service.

Really very impressed with the services of Vivanta vacations club. Exactly they are on their words. I visited to their one property named Januma retreat in bhopal. It was fantastic... I and my family are very happy with their services. I must prefer everyone should visit atleast once in their properties to spend a quality and luxurious time ( holiday ) with their family.

I am kaushik sen from jabalpur... Nd i am recently join the owernship plan of vivanta club in march 2022. I got the 10 year plan from rahul mandovra and veerdeep bajwa.
I availed their 1st holiday in indore. They provide us radisson. And i'm fully satisfied from their services. That's why i believe vivanta is not a fake company. I recommand their owernship plan to everyone.

We stayed for 1 week for our honeymoon- everything was perfect and it was a dream in reality.
No matter what I write in this review- no review, no photo, no video can capture and describe our experience.
Seeing is believing and everyone should come to visit the Taj Exotica Maldives to experience this themselves.
The Island- Perfect. Blue waters, white- golden beaches, beautiful rooms. 10/10 maintenance.
The food- 10/10 again, 3 restaurants- breakfast, lunch, dinner. All fresh, ala carte, several different cuisines, truly unbelievable food.
Staff- Amazing, all polite, friendly and courteous. Every individual made this a special stay and ensured we had a luxurious time. All friendly and this felt like being part of a family. All staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
Activities- Snorkelling, watersports, fine dining, spa, cruises- all beyond amazing.
Thanks to Samrat and Nitin for creating this wonderful experience.

Reception staff- all amazing. Painjul was exceptional- friendly and very well skilled.
Buggy drivers- Johnny, Ibrahim- both friendly and professional. All drivers fantastic.
Housekeeping- Waheed- exceptional, rooms cleaned 2-3 times per day.
Spa- Jiva Spa- 10/10, best view in the world for a Spa. Yoga too. All staff brilliant.
Restaurant staff- exceptional service- Shaifu- knows exactly what to order, Nisham, Riyaz, Shiyaz, every member is a star.
Bar staff- Bala Sir- wonderful person, Shimney, Priyantha and all others.
Personal Butler- Mohammed- 10/10 service- always present and ensured we had an amazing stay- thanks to him we will be back.
Photography- Hany is amazing- captures the beauty of the experience and has various packages to offer.
Lifeguards- always happy to talk and provide advice.
We are already planning our next stay and have recommended to all family and friends who will come and experience paradise. Thank you all at Taj Exotica!

The property is made with a beautiful vision creating enchanting vistas all around the views of lake are enthralling . Specially the pool rooms . The dining and breakfast area is picturesque. We spent fair time in exploring the property . The best part is that the kids felt happy and cared for . The staff said Tarun Himanshu jhalta Kaushal and everyone else were very helpful. It is a great able lead by mr Mathur who have created an experience that we want to return to ..
