Great stay, amazing property, almost magical experience….. thanks!!🙏❤️ The staff is very cordial eager to help . The property is made with a beautiful vision creating enchanting vistas all around the views of lake are enthralling . Specially the pool rooms . The dining and breakfast area is picturesque. We spent fair time in exploring the property . The best part is that the kids felt happy and cared for . The staff said Tarun Himanshu jhalta Kaushal and everyone else were very helpful. It is a great able lead by mr Mathur who have created an experience that we want to return to ..

Vivanta Vacation club is a fraud company . It's representative gives false commitments and after payment do not respond. They neither reply to mails nor attend calls. Main employees of this company are VEERDEP BAJWA, SHIVANI SINGH, VIKAS SHARMA. They have cheated many in Bhopal, Sagar, Ujjain, Allahabad and other cities. They neither have Twitter, facebook or insta account. I[censored] r cheated by them, just lodge FIR immediately to get refund.

Majestic and pristine hotel with an opulent ambiance. Elegant reception area. Staff is highly supportive and friendly. Room size is pretty decent and optimally priced. Restaurant is fantastic and they serve lip smacking and finger licking sumptuous food. In room dining service is awesome. Well maintained gym, spa and pool area. Hotel has given utmost priority to hygiene and cleanliness. Breakfast menu have Indian and continental options. You can customised your breakfast menu as well. Regular sanitisations and enough sanitisers have been provided and placed everywhere for the customers. Face masks are available within the hotel. Apart from pool, I didn’t find any other play areas for kids. Overall, I had a great experience and have enjoyed my stay

First : Movie ticket free which was not provided
Second : Interest Free EMI - but not provide
Third : 36 EMI -but Which is 24 EMI converted
Fourth: AMC CHARGES INCLUDED - Whose mail had also arrived but after many days of trouble at the time of booking, it was mailed again that it was written wrong in the mail, you will have to do AMC PAID only then you will get the booking

I have a question to you, when you called me yourself and when I refused to take your scheme, you told you 2 WEEK EXTRA BONUS + 1 WEEK GOA TRIP WITH 4 AIR TICKET MILEGA, that too whenever you want, now NEXT Going to MONTH, dreams were shown to be false, after that when it came to AMC, I would not be able to give it so separately, it was also included in 72000

I have also taken the pics of all the papers and the mail was also received by you AMC INCLUDE was refused from your side after that

Last month I visited srinagar for my family vocations, and booked the rooms in lalit hotel. I have taken the membership of vivanta vocation club. They provide me all the luxury facilities as they said, like pick and drop, food vouchers and and luxurious stay in five star hotel. Me and my family enjoyed the vocations, we loved this trip and all because of vivanta vocation club.

My family bough membership from Radisson Hotel Bhopal on 09.02.2022 for 10 years and paid around Rs 2 lakhs in emi option. There representative VIKAS and SHIVANI had given all wrong commitments during seminar and did not informed about AMC of Rs 9000/- per year. Also the agreement signed was extremely different and VIKAS said a separate agreement will be sent after one week. There customer care is not responding to any mails. After lot of talks, VIKAS and VEERDEEP BAJWA committed that refund will be done by 15th Mar'22. Refund was not recd on 15th and they just sent a mail that membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

They are not giving and written commitments and cheating innocent people. I want my money back, I HAVE ALL THE CALL RECORDINGS AND SCREEN SHOTS OF THERE FALSE COMMITMENTS WHICH I WILL SHARE IF NEEDED.

We have taken the membership from this fraud company in Mahabaleshwar .The sales man was Vijay Panwar .He said something else and something else was written in the contract. He didn't mention about any AMC charge but in contract it was mentioned.I don't know what is the use of this membership if we have to pay extra for any bookings .We could have booked any reasonable property in that AMC amount. Also, it was mentioned that they also provide pick n drop services, however, now that is also chargeable. We want to cancel our membership. I know these are shameless people and will not return our hard earned money but all those who are reading this review and who are thinking to take membership from Vivanta Vacation club please don't waste your money. The properties they are providing are very cheap Rs[protected]/- per day and they said that they have tie ups with Taj level hotels and also with international hotels. At the time of selling their packages, they showed a very green picture of royal places. Taj, Mariott, and what not, and at the time of booking they are showing such cheap hotels and on the top of that asking for AMC charge of 9 thousand rupees. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE

I think I am cheated by Vivanta Vacation Club. I am not sure that this is true company or fake company but they said this name when we bought membership. They are not providing booking or promised facilities. No one is taking responsibility from Vivanta side. Sales person name - Shruti, Sahwaz Khan, Vijay Thakur and customer care - Monika. I am not sure its their true name or fake name but they mention this name individually.

I think we all together should file a legal complaint against them so they will stop to tell a lie or cheat others

I Sonica mehta I have member of vivant group till 23rdoctober, 2021. I have paid rs 45000 till date against membership fees of rs one lakhs ten thousand. Company sales manager also sending me vochers of three night and four days to checks company properties bt company denied to redeem coupan I have also told company officials if not redeem vochers in this time please adjust my Goa trip against my membership days and I have also sending mail to company 23rd and 27th March, 2022 regarding booking bt till 31ist company told me for calling that your work in process please wait bt till ist April company officials told that after paid full amt your elegible for Goa trip and in your sales and marketing team manager me Rahul Aggarwal told me and my husband for membership time that please check properties after paid membership fees of rs 20000. Your elegible and sending card mention membership no and told that after check my properties please paid another amt bt company denied this and told after 7 days no mail recived please paid full amt.

Hii... I am deepak goyal from bhopal, i was invited from vivanta vacation club in feb 2022 & we joined the 10 years ownership plan. On 1st week of march we plan our holiday in jaipur & udaipur. Company provide us marriott in jaipur & amargarh resort in udaipur. Our experience in properties was fabulous. And if we talking about company... They provide us booking within 2 days. They also provide us fooding vouchers also.
Our overall experience is extreamly good.
We recommand u can also join the ownership plan of vivanta.

Bad experience Club Mahindra and good experience with Vivanta

Absolutely loved staying here. The extreme ambience provided by the hotel is top notch. The restaurants there have awesome food and variety. Rooms are comfortable and the technology in room makes it a great experience all together. Although front office staff welcomes us very nicely and treat us like a good one thanks to veerdeep Bajwa sir would love to go back...

I am Manisha, received a call from Mr Raj Malhotra of Vivanta vacation club. He invited us for a presentation in Hotel fern residency near ISBT Habibganj Bhopal. Mr Vikas sharma, Ms Twinkle and team made us to purchase Vivanta membership plan of worth 75000. They said payment will be in monthly installments but total 75000rs deducted in single slot.
Till now we didn't got any member login ID and password. I mailed them several times but not responding
Tried to call Mr Vikas sharma and Ms Twinkle, Mr Raj Malhotra on phone but their phones are switched off
I want my refund . Want to cancel my membership.
Don't know what to do ...how to track them

Myself Mohit Mangal and I purchased this membership in Bhopal on 26 Feb 2022.
The person Mr. Veerdeep Bajwa has sold this membership to me.. Veepdeep bajwa and his colleague Navh Kalra made false promises it's a totally fraud company.. I have paid Rs 78, 111 and after that the are not giving me any booking and blocked my no.
I want my money back please help me.

1. On 5/02/ 2022 at Hotel Radisson Bhopal company representative Mr
Nabh kalra and Mr. Veer Deep Bajwa presented the membership
programme and assured whatever they are presentating will be
confirmed in terms of agreement. No agreement were shown during
presentation. As per their commitment I made payment of Rs 55000.00
for membership. After payment an agreement was executed. Going
through terms and conditions of agreement I was utter surprised to note
that there is provision of payment of Rs 9000 per year towards AMC
which was not informed by both the representatives. I felt as cheated by
company representative. Immediately through email dt 6th Feb 2022
requested company to cancel membership and refund the money.
2. Company by email dt 8/02/2022 confirmed to waive off AMC and
requested to continue.
3. Company vide mail dt 12/02/2022 intimated to deposit Annual
Maintenance Charges (AMC) of Rs. 9000.per year. After that I requesred
Customer care to waive off AMC but they refused.
4. Under this circumstances I raised compliant on this platform on
12/02/2022. Reacting my complaint company vide mail dt 13/02/2022
confirmed approval of refund which will take 10-15 days to deliver the
cheque. As per written confirmation by the company I had marked my
complaint on this platform as resolved.
5. As refund was not made, again requested company vide mail
24/02/2022 and 10/03/2022. Now company changed it stand and vide
mail dt 10/03/2022 informed that membership is not refundable.
6. Immediately vide mail dt 10/03/2022 I pointed out about unfair business
practice and lead me to take appropriate action.
In view of above unfair business practice of company pl take
necessry action to arrange refund of Rs 55000.00

I am writing an honest review for the sake of both customers and hotel. Dividing the review into two categories one the Pros and other the cons.
The Pros:
1. The property is cherished with green beauty of nature which makes you feel so serene and relaxed staying thereby.
2. A beautiful place for the nature loving travellers, to relax their moods and enjoy the natural therapy of peace.
3. A traditional heritage luxury hotel.
4. Staff is so polite and courteous.
5. Beauty of cottage from outside and luxury from inside.
6. One cafe and two restaurants decors the hotel with tasty and healthy food.
7. Beautiful and cozy collection of pillows.
8. Wandering and playing area is surrounded by the nature to make u feel the environment without any pollution rising early.
9. The lobby connected to nature, attached to cottage rooms is so beautiful to sit and spend time with a partner or alone.
The Cons:
1. An extra weightage on pocket, in restaurants and cafe.
2. They do not upgrade your room if not booked prior.
3. The staff is stubborn to co-operate in case of any change in booking.
4. The check-in time is 1400 hrs, while mentioned is 1200 hrs, so if one is disciplined enough to reach on time mentioned on website than they have to suffer waiting for two hours.
5. The gym is too small. No dumbbells, bars or weights for a regular athlete. Machines are not well maintained. Some spider webs are found on the machines. No trainer is available for gym or to help in lifting.
6. The washrooms in the area of gym and spa are not hygienic.
7. No detox water or black coffee available in gym area, as it's a luxury property it shall have it.
8. A lack of auto taxi is found in the near by area to the hotel.
9. Swimming pool is small, beautiful tho.
10. No fruit baskets or other drinks are available in the refrigerator of the room.
11. On some online websites like agoda, only cottage rooms are seen while there are two cottage rooms one the premium and other the luxury. Only luxury cottages have open air showers and bathtubs.

If I like to say that according to other peoples I look so many review they not give service the bad company that all but if I talking about myself I’m getting my services I’m literally so happy and last night I just getting my confirmation voucher after the joining 48 hours the book my hotel in Srinagar Vivanta by Taj property three night stay so according to me the good company I don’t think so they are not resolve your problems if we required affect services then definitely fulfil if I required a wrong like if I am asking more than expectation commitment then they not give not provide a property so according to me this is a good concept 25 years membership I really love it I have a purple card thank you so much Vivanta vacation club to give a like this services

I have taken membership in Mahabaleshwar through a lucky coupon. I was told to pay 60000 and that would be an emi without any extra charge. Now I am checking they have charged me 15%interest and have to pay extra 9000₹

Our stay at The Lalit Grand Palace, Srinagar in March 2022 was magical and a major reason for that was this hotel and it’s people.
The location is excellent, close to Dal Lake and very close to famous restaurants and attractions. The property exudes old world charm with it’s Chinar trees and large expanse of greenery. Hands down, one of the most beautiful hotels in India. The rooms are a good size and if you get a ground floor room, you will have the luxury of your own patio that faces the front lawns. The staff is courteous and takes all efforts to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast buffet is the standard fare you would find at most Indian hotels, this is also an area where they can improve by bringing in more choices.
Where this hotel earns our full 5 stars, is the great efforts taken by our chauffeur, Mr Latif, to show us around Srinagar and Kashmir. Latif was assigned to us by Lalit and helped us find the best guides and experiences in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and in Srinagar. Latif took extra effort to arrange for these experiences, and had great relationships with tour guides in all these places, ensuring that we were always treated like VIPs and shown the best places. A special mention for the tour of Old Srinagar that Latif took us for on our last day. This is off the beaten path for most tourists, so you’ll get to see the real Srinagar (or as Latif said, the “dil” (heart) of Srinagar). Latif also has excellent recommendations on where to shop for carpets, dry fruits and other local goods.
All in all, we had a memorable Kashmir holiday and the biggest factor to making this holiday great was the high level of hospitality we received at every step of our trip, be it Latif, the tour guides, the chauffeurs, the waiters, the hotel staff or even the doorman. Thank you to Lalit and to Latif for making this one of the best holidays for us, ever.
