This side Simran from Chandigarh . I m also of this view Vivanta Hospitality is a fraud company. On Jan 22nd 2022 this company had their set up in Hotel Hometell Chandigarh . Mr. Veerdeep Bajwa and Mr. Rahul pitched us for a deal and we also got caught in their fraudulent measure. We gave them 60000. It's more than a month and i m unable to make any bookings with them... I'm following up with Mr. Veerdeep, Mr. Rahul and customer care executive s on mails and watsapp for booking s but no response till date... Either hotels are not available or they say I'm unable to book more than one room for a night ... I was pitched by Mr. Veerdeep u can Book all your nights in one go and in any five star or properties in India and abroad. And from Feb 5 th 2022 ...Mr. Veerdeep Bajwa is unreachable on phone n watsapp ...his colleagues said he had been posted to Gangtok after he had a dispute with the management of Vivanta...and what I see on this portal ...that Mr.Veerdeep is trapping many other innocent people and playing with their hard earned money... I asked their executive s to cancel my deal and give me refund as I am unable to make booking... But they say it is non refundable ...This clause is mentioned on the agreement...Mr. Veerdeep pitched me Ma'am anytime you wish to cancel it ...I'll cancel this agreement and provide you with refund...but now where are you Mr.Veerdeep ...

I'm Harshal Chaudhari, I bought Vivanata vacation club membership on 18 December 2021 at Mahabaleshwar. At the time of the presentation vivnta agent shaaz assure me that you can be paid the membership amount with No Cost EMI. and if Bank charged any Interest amount on EMI that interest component will pay by vivant club. as per his commitment, I paid Rs.30000 through credit card and convert the amount into Flexi EMI.

I mailed to customer care for reimbursing interest component with required document (Acountstatement, Bank communication mail copy) on 21 January 2022. on 23 Jan 2022 customer asked me cheque issue name. but after that, there is no response by customer care.

I emailed them on 1 Feb 2022 and 8 Feb 2022 regarding the status of reimbursing amount but did not get any response from customer care. I also call to customer care number but the lady did not clear my query and cut the call. after many tries, she did not pick up my call.

Also, Not got a Membership Id and card yet

Isn't it a disappointing thing? I think I have been cheated by Vivanta club

I'm still not approached for booking to them. they make me disappointed in the very first step gods know how will they treat me at the time of booking?

I want to file a complaint against vivant club because I think they have cheated and thug my money

totally satisfied with Vivanta vacation club because I have club Mahindra membership I have country club membership I have QV membership I have sterling membership but if I go for comparison my side five star rating only for Vivanta vacation club they give me holiday in United Kingdom and I was staying Ten Hill Place Hotel and this Valentine day made by Vivanta vacation club I am staying two days in this property after then my stay in Citizenm Hotel Glasgow in 60 Renfrew St, Glasgow G2 3BW, United Kingdom and today I am in Hampton by Hilton Belfast City Centre for two days 21 feb to 23 feb The good thing is that I am not in India but I am getting service proper good way I buy this Membership before two years ago I’m leaving in Norway but I am from Bhopal and they give me Sach a ultimate fabulous holidays that credit goes to a great person he’s such a nice

Fraud services or not fraud company according to me this is not a fraud Because five fingers are not same so I have to say to customer don’t put like this comment to any company first look in your inside then give Review looking a holiday

On request, visited hotel Raddison at bhopal on 5th feb 22 attended promotional programme. After so many attractive offer paid rs 55000 for membership. After payment agreement executed and going through conditions of agreement it was shocking to note that committment during presentation was totally different than agreement conditions and felt cheated by company representatives.Immediately requested personally and through email to cancel membership and refund payment made. Repetedely requesting co. on tel and emsil to refund but no response from co. Kindly help to arrange refund.

I have already written the complaint against "Vivanta Vacation Club", in Dec2021. But still no action being taken. This company has spoiled the image of brand "Vivanta". They are totally unable to provide services, for which they are taking money. I have paid them Rs.160000/- of membership fee and Rs.10620/- as Annual fee. And in return they have provided me only 2 nights in Ramada Amritsar, in a very tiny room. They have no good options...

Unbelievable holidays always my expectation fulfilled by Vivanta vacation club myself Sandeep chikara Today I am in Goa and that holiday is after the renew my membership last time I have 10 years membership that finished in three years so I renew again the same concept and I am so happy with Vivanta vacation club thank you so much Sandeep and veerdeep Bajwa he is relation manager always with me when I am in holiday he always asked Sir have you reached Sir property is good and that is nice no one ask and these people are always with us when we started from home to holiday location after back to home they are with us so I am so happy with Vivanta vacation club and I suggest take Vivanta vacation club ownership promotion offer or membership it’s depend on your budget but the best hospitality services they give us

First holiday experience with you want a vacation club We join 16 January 2022 after joining this ownership it’s very ultimate they give holiday next day With in 1 hr 17 January 2022 in timber Trail Heights and terraces that property located in Parwanoo so we enjoy lot of and thank you so much veerdeep Bajwa to make part of this concept and Good thing is that veerdeep Bajwa he is our RM fulfil all the commitments
