My name is Saujanya Shetty.
I visited Mahabaleshwar with my husband last year in September 2021.
There we came across these people who were distributing gift coupons, where we were told that we have won a stay in Vivianta property and to enrol that we have to attend an orientation for an hour.
They took us to an hotel where we were told about the membership packages & Vivianta properties around the globe.
We were convinced since Vivianta is a part of Taj group.
We took the membership of ₹85, 000 where the initial payment of ₹45, 000 was done by us at the same time and remaining amount later.
I have done the full payment in this year May.
Now when we tried to contact the customer care for booking.
We didn’t receive any revert for almost 50 & more mails, and whenever we called on the customer care number, the lady used to tell us we will check and let you know.
Now i have sent mails for the refund also contacted the person who had given us the membership.
It has been a month now, I haven’t received the refund yet.
Kindly help me to get the refund of my payment ₹80, 000 paid to Vivianta.
