Hey, i have been complaining abt this samsung ac bought from vveks not cooling its been 3 weeks since i had registered the complaints. Again last week i called up. A lady picked up and said you will attend to it immediately. We have elderly ppl at home and this hot sun its important to keep them safe. I do not know why this delay inspite of saying /requesting to take it as emergency.
I should have asked for the ladies names from viveks who pick the calls i guess
