[Resolved] Viveks India — Received the incorrect product

Viveks are not to be trusted in the showroom. I purchased AC GLS18136WGVR but received a different product is GLS1713WAEF . When I contacted the Viveks - Selaiyur showroom's manager, they did not respond properly and their way of speaking is senseless. They said they were unable to change the product.

viveks are not trusted show room. i have purchased AC GLS18136WGVR but i have received different product when i reached to show rooms manager they did not responsed properly and they way of talking is non sense. they told me they cann't change the product.
