Viveks India — installation issue / delay | |||
Hello, We purchased v-guard water heater at viveks porur on saturday morning (12/28/2019). Salesman informed that the installation will be happen on same day or maximum monday morning. But we did not get any update about this till now. I have follow upped with more than 4 times with viveks porur but not get any proper response. Now i am getting sr number and stated that it will be resolve in 48 hours. My question, why sr not raised the time of purchase the product. Do i need to wait for more than 4 days for this installation? Feeling bad about the service like this. Is this how viveks deals customers? Not at all happy about the responses and services. Sr number # 1-[protected] Can someone check and call/reply back to my email address with solution. If i am not getting installation before 12/31 then i will return my items.
