We bought a Samsung LED TV from Vivek show room, North Usman Road branch and the item was delivered after 2 days and the delivery boy demanded more money than what is mentioned to us to pay to him. He threatens that no one will come for installation if the demanded amount is not given to him. I made complaint over phone to Vivek Customer care, they told the dealing official (Vivek show room, North Usman Road) will attend to the complaint. I also complained to Samsung On line complaint system. There is no response from both of them from morning 10 Am to 2 PM . It is very rediculous that once they sell the product, they are washing off their hands. They are not doing installation and also not attending to complaints despite delivering the product late and delivery boy threatening.
