I m purchased vivo y83 pro dated 23 aug 2018. And i m not happy with this model. So i want to replace with vivo v9. When i go customer care service center they will refuse to replace it. Why r u not replace mobile with in a day. My phone is not work properly and the service center worker just want to update software why i will go for update software.. How can i believe that this phone is not work at purchase date how can this phone work properly after software update. Your service center worker not pick the call. Now this phone is very irritating for me.

I am using vivo nex outlook and email app not working properly not getting notifications I have enabled background running app and aslo enabled show notification in lock screen than also not getting notifications
