        I ordered a vivo y20 from amazon and i received the delivery on 27 January
        There is some damaged particles in mobile box. I was recorded the video while taking delivery for evidence.

          After every one month period my Vivo Y50 device automatically stops reflecting some of my contact names however if they have texted me or contacted me then the number is still there in the list but from contact list the numbers get removed automatically.
          Please help.

            मेरा नाम बृजेश कुमार चक्रवर्ती मैं विवो का सेट बंद करो मोबाइल उपयोग कर रहा हूं 1 साल से मैं लगातार कस्टमर केयर पर अपने सुझाव शिकायतों को अंकित करवा रहा हूं लेकिन आज तक मुझे अपनी समस्याओं का समाधान प्राप्त नहीं हुआ विवो का जेड वन प्रो मात्र जिओ की सिम के साथ डायरेक्ट वीडियो कॉल की सुविधा प्रदान करता है ऐसे में मेरे द्वारा एयरटेल की सिम का उपयोग किया जा रहा है एवं लगातार इस शिकायत को उनकी कस्टमर केयर डिपार्टमेंट के माध्यम से उनके पास तक पहुंचाया जा रहा है विवो के नए मोबाइल में डायरेक्ट कॉल की सुविधा उपलब्ध है लेकिन जेड वन प्रो मात्र एक सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट से यह सुविधा चालू की जा सकती है इस सुविधा से अभी तक ग्राहकों को वंचित किया जा रहा है क्योंकि नए उपभोक्ताओं को जोड़ने का कार्य निरंतर चालू रह सके एवं पुराने जो बोलता फस चुके हैं उनकी समस्याओं को सुलझाने में विवो की कोई रुचि नहीं है क्या भारत जैसे देश में जहां पर मौलिक अधिकार संविधान के द्वारा प्राप्त है ऐसे में जिओ की सिम को ही उपयोग करके वीडियो कॉल का लाभ लेना क्या मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन नहीं है जिओ के द्वारा थर्ड पार्टी एप्लीकेशन का उपयोग भी सुझाव में दिया गया था जोकि सुरक्षा कारणों से उपयोग नहीं विवो अपने उत्पादों को कसौटी के पैमानों में नहीं करना चाहता मेरी भारत सरकार से यह दरख्वास्त है कि विवो अपने स्पष्टीकरण में बता दें कि मोबाइल बेस्ट इस समय किसी विज्ञापन के द्वारा क्या उन्होंने यह बात कही थी कि जेड वन प्रो में मात्र जिओ के द्वारा ही वीडियो कॉल का विकल्प रहेगा क्या जिओ ही भारत में एक बार तो 4G सर्विस प्रदाता है क्या अन्य 4G सर्विसेज भारत में व्यापार नहीं कर रही है और जेड वन के साथ ऐसा दोहरा मापदंड क्यों मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन भारत सरकार के द्वारा क्यों नहीं रोका जा रहा है अगर अभी भी हो कंपनी से नहीं जागी और जेड वन प्रो सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट नहीं कराया गया तो प्रार्थी के पास माननीय न्यायालय की शरण में जाने के अलावा कोई भी दूसरा रास्ता नहीं बचता सादर सूचनार्थ बृजेश कुमार चक्रवर्ती जिला छतरपुर मध्य प्रदेश मोबाइल नंबर[protected] पोस्टल कोड 471 001 ईमेल आईडी [protected]@gmail.com

              मेरा नाम राजेश कुमार चक्रवर्ती एवं मेरा मोबाइल नंबर[protected] मैं विवो का जेड वन प्रो उपयोग कर रहा हूं जो लगभग एक साल होने वाला है इस 1 साल में मैंने वीवो कस्टमर केयर पर अपनी शिकायत और सुझाव को कई बार अंकित कराया है लेकिन 1 साल बीत जाने के बाद भी आज तक वीवो कस्टमर केयर द्वारा मेरी समस्या का निराकरण नहीं किया गया मैं आज तक यही प्रश्न उनके समक्ष रख रहा हूं कि विवो जेड वन प्रो में एयरटेल सिम प्रयोग करने पर डायरेक्ट वीडियो कॉल की सुविधा क्यों नहीं देते उनके सुझाव अनुसार मुझे थर्ड पार्टी एप्लीकेशन यूज कर लेनी चाहिए लेकिन सुरक्षा कारणों के कारण मैं किसी भी थर्ड पार्टी एप्लीकेशन को यूज नहीं करना चाहता ऐसी स्थिति में मेरा प्रश्न विवो के सॉफ्टवेयर टीम से है कि आप मात्र जिओ के साथ ही क्यों अपने अनुबंध को कायम किए हुए हैं जबकि दूसरी भारतीय कंपनी भी अपने व्यापार को एक साथ कर रही हैं क्या इसमें उपभोक्ता के मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन नहीं हो रहा है और आप उपभोक्ताओं के मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन कैसे कर सकते हैं क्यों सिर्फ जिओ को लेने के लिए आप उसे बात कर रहे हैं क्या यह मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन नहीं है या फिर अगर मात्र एक सॉफ्टवेयर के अपडेट से यह समस्या सुलझ सकती है तो आप इस समस्या को 1 साल से क्यों नहीं सुलझा रहे समस्या के निराकरण के संबंध में मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है इस समस्या को जल्द से जल्द निराकृत करें वरना वक्ता के पास अदालत जाने के सिवाय कोई रास्ता शेष नहीं होगा राजेश कुमार चक्रवर्ती मध्य प्रदेश जिला छतरपुर मोबाइल नंबर[protected] ईमेल आईडी [protected]@gmail.com

                      There is no service, no network, no calls or sms. Whenever i dial a number it says radio off.
                      I tried all that switch off on, reset data setting, toggle airplane mode and all.
                      My handset is absolutely fine and trouble is in the sim or network only.

                            I am preet Kaur purchased a vivo Y50 pearl white 8G +128G mobile on[protected]. Imei no.is [protected].

                            Today[protected] suddenly sound stop transmiting from headset.
                            As company commited to give 6 month warranty on head set . I visit vivo care office in sirsa vigour mobile india limited gst no 06AAECV8760D1Z8 . but they refused to repair or change this headset with silly reason that dust particles are on headset with delivery receipt no MWINHR[protected]. But in real there is no such dust.

                            I am attaching the snaps of headset with close up and whole image both.

                                  No one having proper information on current status...
                                  I have repeatedly, several times called to service center and below persons but no one handled this case taking ownership...
                                  Kukatpally Service Center, Hyderabad

                                  All are irresponsible in handling customer service. All are just bluffing to avoid customer. All are false promising to call back with solution.

                                  I have no clue what is the next level of escalation.

                                  Such a bad experience, I'll make sure non of my friends, known person should buy VIVO products.

                                    This is Manjula Pradeep, a Human Rights lawyer and activist from Ahmedabad. I had purchased Vivo V 17 Pro mobile phone with serial no. [protected] on 4th December 2019.

                                    There is problem of display in my phone since 3rd November 2020, hence I went to the Vivo authorized service center on 3rd Floor, Turquoise -5, Main Panchvati cross road, Main CG road, Ahmedabad. I showed my phone to the staff...

                                    I hate the display of this product as there is lots of problem like..

                                    1.Screen Blinking During Incoming call.
                                    2.Thirty party apps not working(example YONO SBI) & also many apps are lagging.
                                    3.Batery charging drains like WATER.
                                    4. Mobile hanging, freezing & heating.
                                    5.Whats up camera hanging.
                                    6. Very low audio

                                    Overall feedback is very bad product.
