    I bought Vivo Y 19 from secunderabad telangana for Rs 15, 000. I went to the shop bought it as it fit my budget and colour. I am attaching photos of the phone. Nothing is mentioned on the box. I paid for it. When I opened the box, I was shocked as there were no ear phones and nothing was mentioned on the box, neither the shop keeper told me. I was in a hurry to buy one. The Vivo company should mentioned on the box what is inside the box. Every customer cannot go through the website to know it. At least the customer can read it on the box and decide or the shop keeper should enlighten the customer. He said, it is a very good piece. Whose fault it is ? I say VIVO is a cheater, dodger. Even a cheap phone has earphones ans I expected the same. I want vivo to provide me with a earphone as I paid a good bit for it. I want justice in my case.

        Dear sir/mam,
        As mentioned in above subject i had purchased mobile vivo v17 from reliance digital store located in rasulgarh bhubaneswar on 07th march 2020. I had offer 5% cashback which will credit within 90 days. I had paid all emi bills still amount not received. Please look on it and credit my cashback amount, below i have mentioned all details with bill receipt.

          I had bought my phone vivo y15 since from 1month . I will open my new phone that was running smoothly but later on by 15 days my phone get start hanging if will open my any phone it take a lot of time to open
          My phone is get too much hang so i didn't use my phone
          I hope you will listen my request and reply me to that you will resolve my problem or give me a new set of phone

                Dear team,

                I have proudly purchased the vivo brand being made in india on 18 july 2020.

                Within three days o[censored]sage i got several comments while speaking, from the opposite person that he is getting an echo (Hearing his voice again).

                I thought it may be a network issue.

                Within a week almost more than 70 % of people start complaining about the echo sound.

                My phone is vivo v15. It is not charging from may 15. It is lock down period. So i consult the vivo service center on june first weak after lock down. They said the pin board is problem. The stock is not available and we ordered. They saying from two and half months. But they are saying same thing. The service center is in anantapur in andhra pradesh. They are not answered to my call. Please take this complaint and solve my problem.
                This is the service center contact no[protected]. They are not answering. How we want trust vivo company? To doing these things. Do you want to take action on them.

                  Your product is getting heated while charging, even i cant pick the mobile and answer the call, my ear is affectd due to your mobile heat.
                  Finger print is not working (Not at all working).
                  It is irritaing to unlock my mobile with password though i have finger print unclock. Finger print symbol is appearing unnecesarily after unlock.
                  My charger cable is torned out with 2 months.
                  Your product becomes unresponsive manytimes. The screen is getting totally black, background running app button is not working properly, many times it is unresponsive.
                  For many times it is saying that please delete the app many errors occured in one week, this is stated for all the app.

                  Due to your mobile it gave me more stress, i lost many customers in meantime of your unresponsive product. Which affected my mental health.

                  Pls exchange me new mobile or refund my whole money, everything i spend because of your product buying and transportation charge i spend your mobile to make it work properly, which is a time waste.

                      My vivo v5 phone is not opening as before some months back it was working but when battery went 0 it automatically switched off and did not turn on, so again i charged it for one day but it did not turn in again so please help me.

                        I purchased vivo z1 pro in august 2019. It shows colorful blinking glith at the bottom left side of the phone while using camera or recordings video. Earlier also it had some problems in camera the screen gets green in portrait mode but it got fixed by update so i want you to push update for this camera glith. I can't afford new mobile phone now, please fix this issue as soon as possible. I hope there is not any motherboard problem because it can't get fixed and took heavy about to replace it. So please fix the problem.

                            I have brought vivo y83 pro mobile a one and half years ago. From the first 6 months itself i got lagging problems and software problems in my phone, i approach the vivo service center to change my phone. They didn't considered as a big problem. And after that i faced many problems with my phone, more than 6 times i gave my phone for service itself, and still its in service center only.
                            I don't no what's the problem is, and i'm not satisfied with the service center too. They were not serviced my phone properly. The service center unable to solve the problem accurately. I've got lots of complaints in my vivo y83 pro mobile. I'm very much disappointed
                            So please concern my complaint and solve this problem as soon as possible!.
