My name is ajay nogai
A very unhappy customer of vivo mobile services.
This is in regard with a vivo mobile which i have purchased on the model number is vivo 15 pro ruby red.
Purchased on 14/08/2019. From flip cart online
I had a issue with my phone that front camera not slide up during using from end of apr 2020.
But due to the covid -19 situation and lockdown imposed by the government i could not visit the gallery for repairs.
Now as the lockdown was removed by the government and i visited the vivo galley in vaishali _haicheng mobile
I visited the gallery on 8 jul 2020.
The gallery staff directly told me this is a physical damage and display need to be change. Now there has not been any physical damage at all, no crack on the screen nothing not even a scratch.

The gallery staff checked my phone and said now i will have to pay 6500 rs. For a new display.
I was shocked as. For me 6500 rs is a big amount in this lock down period it was such a critical time for me.
So i informed him i am. Not going to pay as i want on my phone display under warranty.

I am using my sisters mobile now the damage had been done to me both emotionally and financially as i am jobless and can't pay any more amount to have my display repaired.
I have lost trust in vivo completely and will never recommend anyone to use vivo mobiles in my life at all.
I really want the display to be replaced by vivo mobiles, and i am very unhappy customer of vivo mobile services.
Kindly look into this as soon as possible or else i will be taking this further.

I am also attaching a few documents attached in regards with this.

      Purchased one vivo s1 pro 8gb/128gb from khosla electronics park circus kolkata on 15.06.2020 (17 days back)
      After one week of purchase phone started heating up and slowly started bending and now completely bent. Today 03.07.2020 went to authorised service centre of vivo inside emall chandni chowk, kolkata. They checked handset and returned it to me saying it's not a manufacturing defect and i have to pay rs. 4799 if i want to repair the handset.
      Pathetic customer service and support. After spending 21000rs. For a mobile handset when phone starts bending and heating on its own, they never replace it, never even repair it foc. Their statement is someone sat on a 15 days old handset and still there are no cracks or dents in the phone

              Dear concern person,

              I have purchase vivo handset from official site on vivo, customer care executive has confirmed to me stock available in there site and its updated but after payment completed vivo will be cancelled the order automatically and refund issue between 7-10 days...

              Request u please look into this matter. Who have to pay the interest in my amount for 7-10 days.

              Below orders i have to already paid and automatically cancelled and still not credited in my bank ac and also vivo has to be wrong information share to customer.

                I buy vivo's y 50 mobile phone, price is 17999 which was sold by telling me med in india, but vivo is made in china and is selling it incorrectly and on the box of the phone it has been written as made in india, which i have given it the thing is happening with me as well as with people, please make strong action against it and get my mobile returned and get my money back

                  I, nurul huda seikh, am a devoted customer of vivo mobile. At the time i use vivo s1 model,

                  My phone battery was damaged from 83 days. I have visited the nearest service center, berhampore, murshidabad seven times in the last
                  Month but they are not resolving.
                  On 17/05/2020 goes to the first service center, they said now come after a week of lockdown, after a week they said come after three days, after three days they said come early in june, i went on the 2nd of june they said, your battery has been ordered, will receive on monday.
                  I went to last monday and did not get my job sheet number. They said come on wednesday let's fix the mobile, i went on wednesday, they said, the courier is coming you come on saturday, i again went saturday but results nothing. I insisted give the job sheet number, he / she said that the battery has come to ranaghat and you will get it after five days...
                  N. B: the service centre of berhampore, murshidabad has smoothly running from 17.05.2020
                  I am deeply humiliated, emotionally upset.
                  Why service center staff will not be punished?
                  What should i do, where should i complain, how should i repair my mobile???
                  Now how can i repair and use the mobile phone..

                      In this vivo 15 pro mobile phones display show full black spots. And purchase on 13-6.2.19 but due to orissa
                      Ganjam state covid 19 this shutdown.

                            My phone is vivo v15. It is not charging properly. It starts the issue in lock down period.in that time my near vivo service center is closed because of lock down.in same time my warranty was also expired. But the vivo wed sites telling if in the case the warranty will in the lock down period. It will extend to me 90 days. Now they are opened the service center. He told the phone pin was lose we want to change it. But they are telling we not able to do. Because the warranty was over.

                              Hello.. I have gone to a vivo service centre for my vivo fon and they told me to come back later becoz there net is not working... They turned off the wifi and showing like m a fool... They are been very rude with behaviour specially girrls... Like m there servant.. I was sitting there for 2 hrs and stll noone realize its work...

                                First it used to get turned off after clearing cache on vivo service app
                                But since yesterday upgrade it's not removing the error

                                      I have purchased vivo v15 pro blue aqua blue 64 gb mobile phone through flipkart all[protected] and under warranty period pop up camera of my mobile is not working. Service centre they told me that it is not repairable. For replacement to pay around 6000 rupees for front camera and motor. I am already paid rupees 15990 for the mobile phone under the warranty period there asking me to to pay, it is simply ridiculous and the companies has cheated me hence i registering a complaint against vivo mobile india in this regard and i request you to refund my amount for replace a new handset thank you
