My Name Is Arpit Yadav.I have purchased Vivo V11Pro on 16 Sept 2018 and I was entitled for a cashback of Rs.2000 within 90 days of purchasing the phone but i havent received the cashback yet it has been more than 6 months and i am still waiting for my refund.Companies officials are not paying attention to my problems.This Is their duty to resolve my issue but even after my several attempts talking to vivo customer care they are unable to help me out. Pls help me out so that i can get my cashback.

    Dear Support,

    I am writing this with utter disappointment as i have bought Vivo Y83 Pro on 23.10.2018 as a wedding gift to my Wife. However, after 3 and half months o[censored]sage device is not turning on.

    I have given the device to the same shop where i purchased it for repair and he fixed it and next day the same thing. I have contacted the same technician and he said that he is not able to fix this as it was an software failure and advised me to produce the phone to Vivo service center.

    I am surprised when i went to service center to collect my phone as they said phone has no issues and its working well. When i try to turn this on, its not working at all!!! I have attached invoices, job sheet and warranty card for your reference.

    Now i am so embarrassed in front of my wife as she wanted me to gift her a samsung phone which i denied and bought her this new branded phone(Even though its not working).

    I believe Vivo customer care could do something to make me happy and proud on this occasion or else i have to buy new Samsung phone to compensate 😐.

      Respected sir i have prebooked vivo v15pro mobile on 20 february from a local dealer in my town gondal dis. Rajkot state gujarat and dealer name krishna telecom. But after few days i refused to buy same product due to some reason but dealer is not giving me back my prebooked amount of rs 1000. Which was my hard earned money.       Hi one common problem is vivo v11 has security issue which doesmt. Gets resolved and thus the very commom microsoft exchange o365 doesnt works

      The same is also stated at microsoft website, that few vivo cellphones face prpblem for. Security. Embedding due to which microsoft exchange doesnt works, pls find the resolution and possible rectofy with ota update

            Hi, we ordered vivo v7+ on 27march 2019, we got a information from delhivery saying they misplaced the parcel between rt nagar & hbr branches so delivery willl be on 31march.

            However when parcel delivered to us, we got only complimentary headphone and not the phone.
            We immediately reached out to vivo fb support, call cupport, chat support, email support and so on.

            But till date (08 apr) we are not getting any response on our refund or delivery other than auto replly mails from vivo or mails saying please wait.

            Its more than a week we are calling and waiting for vivo response.

            Never expected such a bad customer support from vivo.

            We have paid the entire amount to there estore and now we dont get response to our issue.

              Hi.
              I have been facing problems in connecting android auto in new santro car. I have used other phones (Moto g5, redmi) and the same is working properly, but i am not able to connect it with vivo v11 model. It got connected only once and after that i have not able to connect the same. Hyundai service centre have said that the there is no problem in the car, as other models have been successfully connected and working. I have used the original usb of vivo as well as other usb, but the same is not working. Please help.

                  I purchased vivo y71 on may 2018, with in a year my battery get bulge and charge also drained, i show this in coimbatore vivo service station on saturday (30/3/19) they said that we will replace the battery on monday that is today, but now i contact the service station they said that it will take another 3 days, but my phone is over heating, and because of this issue my display also got damaged they said that it will charge around 2300 to replace the display is this is the response. Kindly look it in the matter and fix the issue immediately

                      I purchased vivo v11 pro just 3 months back. Since day i pirchased am not able to get a stable connection through android auto in my car. Vivo phones (I also have a vivo v11, vivo v5) all het disconnected in every 2 minutes, and i loose the desination too. Every time i am compelled to set this. No other barand phones are facing the issue. I am cheated by company. I was a great buyer of vivo. But now i disappoint. Worst phones. I recommend not to buy this brand phones. I even once about to meet with an accident due to this problem. Its a matter of our life and security.

                        I have purchased vivo y81 mobile phone one week ago from Bharat electronics, Ashreeta complex, club road, Ranchi. That time i have asked the staffs for my requirements which were 3gb ram and 32 gb internal memory, as i have not enough idea regarding mobile sets. So as they suggested me vivo y81, but later after few days when i checked the abouts of my phone, its showing only 2gb ram and 16 gb internal memory.
                        when i asked about to the staffs of bharat electronics they said they can do nothing as we have already unboxed the phone. I am feeling like cheated.

                          Mobile screen stops responding everytime i turn off the screen, even in the blank screen, even emergency call function still works when screen not responding and camera also pops out when power button is pressed to unlock with face and unlock sound is also herd but the screen remains off.                             I purchased vivo v11 pro phone few months back. Very bad experience with vivo v11 pro face lock feature. Lock opens with even my brother's face. If this is a bug, it can also open with some other person'e face too. I am feeling my phone will be at high risk in terms of security.
                            Can some one help me in terms of how can i contact vivo and get this fixed?
                            I want to take this to vivo higher management, since this is very serious issue and my highly sensitive information is at stake.

                                Whati have purchased new vivo v15 yesterday. I am from jhalawar. (326001). My phone power button is not proper working. Meeting was held at my town where launching of this phone was organised where i contact mr. Allen he said to me contact to mr wasim (Trainer) he told to me that this is not my fault contact to service center. This is not proper behaviour of trainer. So i think that launching is fully misguide. I pre booked this phone. Worst of my life vivo v15 pro. So i think that my phone has been changed by vivo as soon as possible whether will file a case against vivo at consumer court. My imei no is [protected].

                                  My vivo y51l is gets stop taking clear pictures after some update.
                                  I checked with the service center they tried everything but its still not working.
                                  Also very fed up with the service team, they actually don't have any clear idea about the solution, first they clean the camera, and charge for it then asked me to change it, and for money again.

                                    Fingerprint and face unlock didnt work properly after i update my phone. 3 out of 10 time finger print work and 1 out of 10 times face unlock work. Please fix this problem by a update as much as possible.
                                    I feel very bad by this problem. This makes my phone very poor. Before update my phones fingerprint and face unlock work properly but now doesnt work properly

                                      I have vivo v9 the phone is not too used

                                      Only 4 to 5 months used
                                      1 Suffering from battery drain problem.
                                      2 sometimes current at the finger print.
                                      3 sometimes gets my app closed automatically.
                                      4 sometimes switches to another app.

                                      Such problem is so irritating solve my problem as fast as possible i cant tolerate such current and batterry drain issue and many other issues
