Hi, we ordered vivo v7+ on 27march 2019, we got a information from delhivery saying they misplaced the parcel between rt nagar & hbr branches so delivery willl be on 31march.
However when parcel delivered to us, we got only complimentary headphone and not the phone.
We immediately reached out to vivo fb support, call cupport, chat support, email support and so on.
But till date (08 apr) we are not getting any response on our refund or delivery other than auto replly mails from vivo or mails saying please wait.
Its more than a week we are calling and waiting for vivo response.
Never expected such a bad customer support from vivo.
We have paid the entire amount to there estore and now we dont get response to our issue.
