I purchased vivo y66 (Model number - vivo 1609) in april 2017 in pune. From june month onward, it has started suddenly shutting down without any reason. Then it shows black screen with vivo logo and don't start at all. Then i need to long press power button to switch it on. Since june month, it definitely shuts down at least twice daily without fail. Sometimes, during an urgent call or some work in app, it switches off and important call or work is lost.
