My display of vivo v5 is broken, I have visited the punjagutta service centre in Hyderabad, the one and only one service centre in a metro politan city like Hyderabad, the staff over there are so careless. I have visited the store from last three weeks to get the display. They just give excuse that stock has not yet arrived. They take down your contact details they never ever call you back and when we call they say stock has arrived. Call back in evening and when I called back in evening they said stock for gold panel is not arrived yet, they asked to wait for another week, again took down my contact details, didn't receive a call as usual, I visited store their response was what we can do we have not yet received stock, again they took my callback mum, again guys didn't receive any call. .called back them today, after a week again. Same response we didn't get stock what can we do, no you tell what should I do then? ? I[censored] produce new phones, thats not enough, u also need to have good service, dissapointed, Will never suggest anyone to purchase vivo mobile because it's not that phone is not good.. It's excellent, but u have to behave like beggar when you go to service centre.
