Mai vivo.com se[protected] ko iooq Z7 5g phone order kiya tha jo auto cancel ho gaya and mera pay kiya hua amaunt Rs -18999/ abhi tak mere account me wapas nahi aaya hai
Aur vivo ke site par refund complete show kar raha hai.
Customer care se bat karne par bolte hain main refund kar diya hu aap bank se bat kijiye, sir main bank se bina koi proof ke kaise cbat kar sakte hain. Aur wo 7 days ka time diye the jo aaj 10 days+ ho gaya hai main kaya kru mera paisa wapas kaise aayega please.

Kab tak mere account me credit hoga ? Plese check & credit my money with vivo mobile

    When I woke Up yesterday morning I Got to see a Green line on the screen of my Vivo X60 I was so shocked and upset seeing this all of a sudden because there is no scratches no Dent or any kind of physical Damage on my phone. I thought It may be cause of any software update or any technical problem from there side So i visited the vivo service center and after waiting for my number when I was called the engineer there seeing my phone told me for screen Replacement I tried to explain him but he wasn't there for any other resolution.

    I'm a student & after so many thoughts, I bought My phone 1.5 years back for 35000 with my trust on Vivo.
    I Believe, they may resolve my concern ASAP.

      I had purchased a Vivo x60 phone on October 2021. However, post the recent Android updates, green lines are appearing on the screen (photo attached). When I visited the service centre, they have said that since there is a small dent on the phone, they would not be able to replace it for free and would require payment. However, this is an issue due to update and not due to any damage. The same issue has been reported across all X series of Vivo post their recent update. There is no way to prove that the dent is the cause of the green lines, especially because the dent and the green lines are on opposite sides of the frame. The job sheet has been attached. A quick check on Twitter would show that this issue is very common, and hence the screen needs to be replaced for free as the issue was due to the software update provided by Vivo only.

          I have been using Vivo X60 pro plus around 1.5 year. Few days ago A green vertical line appeared on my phone's screen after updating the software. There no service centre in my city so I went 140 kilometres far away from home to Vivo service centre. I expressed my issue to them but they refused to accept that the software update issue. They said "software update has nothing to do this problem. They didn't even touched my phone and said you have to replace the display and it will cost you 12, 800 rupees. I heard a lot of Vivo user has same problem after software update. Vivo You have to fix my problem for free of cost. I want justice.

            I have been using Vivo X60 for the last 1 .5 years and yesterday I did a software update as recommended by the phone, After updating suddenly a green line appeared on my phone from top to bottom. Today 12th Feb, I visited the local vivo service Centre ( Trivandrum ) - they also confirmed that the issue is with a software update & advised me to pay RS: 9300/- to replace the display. I told them that the problem is because of the software update provided by the company, so I am not ready to pay the amount. Then they checked & informs me that the company is replacing the display only on the phones with no physical damage. See my phone is 1.5 years old so there is a scratch in the back & no damage to the front glass. Highlighting this damage they are not willing to replace the display. This makes no sense to me. The phone display got affected by their software issue & now they are asking RS: 9300 from my side to resolve this issue. What crap it is ?? Even if there is any physical damage they are responsible to replace the display because the issue started from their software update. I bought this phone for RS: 35000 & after 1.5 years they are asking for RS: 9300/ again for the issue from their side??? This is not all acceptable.

              I have been using Vivo X60 for the last 1 .8 years and two month before I did a software update as recommended by the phone, After updating suddenly a green line appeared on my phone from top to bottom. Today 28th may and i have 5 green line, I visited the local vivo service Centre ( BERHAMPUR ) - they also confirmed that the issue is with a software update & advised me to pay RS: 9700/- to replace the display. I told them that the problem is because of the software update provided by the company, so I am not ready to pay the amount. Then they checked & informs me that the company is replacing the display only on the phones with no physical damage. See my phone is 1.8 years old so there is a scratch in the side & no damage to the front glass. Highlighting this damage they are not willing to replace the display. This makes no sense to me. The phone display got affected by their software issue & now they are asking RS: 9700 from my side to resolve this issue. What crap it is ?? Even if there is any physical damage they are responsible to replace the display because the issue started from their software update. I bought this phone for RS: 39990 & after 1.8 years they are asking for RS: 9700/ again for the issue from their side??? This is not all acceptable.

                After recent software update I've got green lines on my phone started with one line now i have 2, upon checking their twitter account i found many are having the same issue, I want screen to be replaced or revert back to old self without loosing any data's as i have many confidential data's that can't be migrated

                    I bought a X70 pro on October 2021 on the launch date itself i was not having much trouble till this year April after the update suddenly one day there is green line on my edge display i have no physical damage on my phone no crack no issue .i called the service centre and now they are asking 13000 thousand for screen replacement even though it is a manufacturer issue very bad quality phone from vivo . If it was due to physical damage I can understand but this is due to an software issue.

                      I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing with my Vivo X60 smartphone, which I purchased approximately 1.5 years ago. Recently, I updated my phone's software, and following the update, a green line has appeared on the screen.

                      Upon researching this matter further, I discovered that many Vivo X60 users have encountered the same issue after updating their devices.

                      In light of this information, I visited the service center located in Udupi, Karnataka today to seek resolution for my phone's display problem. However, to my dismay, the service center representative denied my request and insisted that I pay ₹9300 for a screen replacement. He pointed out a small dent on my phone that occurred approximately 8-9 months ago, which I assure you did not cause any faults in the device. Interestingly, the representative himself admitted that the phone is in perfect working condition and the display issue is indeed a result of the system bug.

                      I am disheartened and confused by this response. I placed my trust in Vivo when I purchased this phone, and I believe that if a problem arises due to a software update, the responsibility lies with the manufacturer to address it without any additional cost to the customer. It is unfair for me to be held accountable for a display issue that clearly occurred as a result of the update and not because of the small dent on my phone.

                      I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter. As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope that Vivo values its customers and their satisfaction. I trust that you will acknowledge the inconvenience caused and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation promptly.

                          My VIVO X50 Pro mobile suddenly got a green line on display without any physical damage. This is because of software update. My mobile phone doesn't have a single scratch on it. When I visited service centre they said this is hardware issue and we can only replace screen and that will cost you 14000.
                          When I said that there is no physical damage not even a scratch on my mobile then they replied saying that this is an electronic items anything can happen we are not responsible for it after warranty.
                          This is a big cheating from VIVO, we are paying more than 50K for their mobile and they simply saying no for the service for which they are the culprits.

                                I was using Vivo X50 pro for last 2 year and Last week i did a software update as per recommended by the phone, After updating suddenly a green line appeared on my phone from top to bottom. When i tried to contact local vivo service Centre ( Anantapur, Andhra pradesh ) - they considered it as a physical damage showing a small scratch on back glass pannel of the mobile and but no ware scratch or dent on screen or body except small crack on back screen but i heard that it is happening to many vivo users and it should be fixed by vivo. Please consider my issue as priority and resolve my issue asap

                                  I am using Vivo x60 pro from last 2 years but after January update while scrolling insta, suddenly one green line appear after two days one more line appear on ther center of the phone. First they appear to be green then becomes pink.
                                  I went to Vivo service center but they refused to do screen replacement saying that you do not have valid identity and want 12000 for screen replacement.

                                  I do not have warranty and I lost my Flipkart account and phone box during Covid.
                                  Why I pay for screen replacement that because of mobile update ?

                                  Please help!!

                                    I am using vivo x60 from last 1.5 years but last week I updated the software, the very next morning I saw RGB lines visible in the display.i approach the nearest service centre and told them about the issue they checked the phone and told me that due to liquid damage the display is showing such line, so I have to change the display...

                                    But before this incident my phone didn't get wet and it was running totally well just after software update the lines came..so I want repair or replacement of the display .

                                      I placed an order for IQOO mobile Z7 5g (Order No#[protected]) on 23rd April on Vivo website. They kept telling me that order is shipped and order will be delivered in 2-3 days. After 7 days Vivo Customer care told me that Order is cancelled from Delivery partner side stating non serviceable location. Now after that I was told that a refund will be initiated in 24-48 hours. It's been more than 48 hours now, still refund has not been initiated and the reason being given is due to some technical error refund is not initiated. Hard to understand a company like Vivo treats customers like that. To get my own money back, I have been calling multiple times to check order status, refund status etc. Requesting to refund my amount as early as possible..

See my phone is almost 2 years old so there is a scratch in the side which they are calling a big dent which it isn't & no damage to the front glass. Highlighting this damage they are not willing to replace the display. This makes no sense to me. The phone display got affected by their software issue & now they are asking RS: 9300 from my side to resolve this issue. Even if there is any physical damage they are responsible to replace the display because the issue started from their software update. I bought this phone for RS: 37000 & after 2 years they are asking for RS: 9300/ again for the issue from their side?
                                        On the scratch which they showed, they were trying to give me discount as to make me pay for it but that isn't acceptable, is it?

                                        Update: on 2nd May, a pink line is coming out of nowhere as well. I need a quick solution to this
