[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — complaint regarding vivo v 9 phone

I purchased a phone vivo v 9 in sep. 2018. But last week i lost my many contacts automatically from my device. After that today also noticed that many of the contacts have been merged in a single contact name/no.
Therefore, i request to take the matter urgently and do the needful as early as possible. My device is within the limit of warranty period.

I have a Vivo V5 s, its rear camera is not clear at all from last few month. I dont even remenber when i was able to take a clear click. Its headphone jack never connects with headphones properly.
There is one more problem; sometimes data is turned off. I am not able to use this phone as per company's tag line that is "CAMERA AND MUSIC".
