[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Mobile display issues

My name is akshay anturam kurule.
A very unhappy customer of vivo mobile services.
This is in regard with a vivo mobile which i have purchased on the
The model number is vivo 15 pro ruby red.
Purchased on 14/04/2019. From vijay sales gallery chakala andheri east mumbai 400093.
I had a display issue at the end of the month of march 2020.
But due to the covid -19 situation and lockdown imposed by the government i could not visit the gallery for repairs and could not claim my 1 year warranty period also.
Now as the lockdown was removed by the government and i visited the vivo galley in andheri east opp ramesh more park telly gully mumbai 93.
I visited the gallery on 16/06/2020 (16th of june)
The gallery staff mr saad the manager directly told me this is a physical damage.
Now there has not been any physical damage at all, no crack on the screen nothing not even a scratch.
And he even did not let me avail my warranty period also.
Telling me that i have come after warranty period, even though he knows that the lockdown was imposed and nobody could retain the warranty at that time.
I believed him and gave my mobile for repair.
And then i was charged rs 4500 for that.
I was given an extended 3 months warranty for this.
My mobile was returned to me after 4 days.
I was not even shown the old damaged display at all.
At the end i trusted vivo as my cell phone was repaired by the vivo staff.
I was also given an extended 3 months warranty toll september 2020.
I was informed by the gallery manager mr saad that if anything happens to the display again he will replace it for me completely without any extra charges at all.
Again i trusted as vivo is a company and mobile my family, freinds and colleagues all do use due to my recommendation.

Now only 10 days passed by and in the 1st week of july 2020 while i was at home and speaking on a call on my vivo mobile.
The phone turned off automatically even though it was full battery.
This led to me being surprised.
I kept it for charging for an hour but the phone could not be turned on at all.
I then went to the gallery again as i was informed by mr saad that any issues i can come and have the display replaced.
When i reached the gallery on the 6/7/2020 (6th july 2020)
The gallery staff checked my phone and said now i will have to pay 8000 rs extra for a new display again.
I was shocked as i have lost my job in this lockdown as i am gym trainer and jobless for the last 4 months now.
For me 8000 rs i a big amount.
So i informed him i am. Not going to pay as he had promised me a 3 months warranty on my phone display.
But he became rude aggressive and abusive towards me and my family members also.
Then as he and one executive spoke rudely to my elder sister i had to go to the police station and the police had to come to the vivo galley
Then me and the vivo executive were taken to the police station as well where i lodged a complaint as well with the police station at andheri east opposite the station.
Now this incident has traumatised me so much i am in complete loss right now.
I am using my sisters mobile now the damage had been done to me both emotionally and financially as i am jobless and can't pay any more amount to have my display repaired.
I have lost trust in vivo completely and will never recommend anyone to use vivo mobiles in my life at all.
I really want the display to be made by vivo mobiles as i could not avail the warranty due to lockdown and have paid for the new display also for which i was promised an additional 3 months guarantee which i did not get another promise broken by your vivo staff.
A very unhappy customer of vivo mobile services.
Kindly look into this as soon as possible or else i will be taking this further.
