[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — mobile is not switching on | |||
Dear Support, I am writing this with utter disappointment as i have bought Vivo Y83 Pro on 23.10.2018 as a wedding gift to my Wife. However, after 3 and half months o[censored]sage device is not turning on. I have given the device to the same shop where i purchased it for repair and he fixed it and next day the same thing. I have contacted the same technician and he said that he is not able to fix this as it was an software failure and advised me to produce the phone to Vivo service center. I am surprised when i went to service center to collect my phone as they said phone has no issues and its working well. When i try to turn this on, its not working at all!!! I have attached invoices, job sheet and warranty card for your reference. Now i am so embarrassed in front of my wife as she wanted me to gift her a samsung phone which i denied and bought her this new branded phone(Even though its not working). I believe Vivo customer care could do something to make me happy and proud on this occasion or else i have to buy new Samsung phone to compensate 😐. BR, Arun Was this information helpful? | |||
