Name - ashutosh sansare Date of the incident - 22/07/2019 Contact number - [protected]/ [protected] Mobile phone model - vivo y93 64gb Contact e-mail id - [protected]@gmail.com Incident description - Yesterday, when my phone was in my pocket the phone, started heating when i took it out the phone was extremely heated and it almost burned my palm, then i threw it on the ground it started burning and in a few seconds, it was all burned. This could have injured me in a very serious way. This is not expected to happen in such a way for company like vivo. Desired resolution - I require quick resolution to this. This is my only phone.
