[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — mobile phone hanging problem again and again repeated | |||||
Dear team, I have bought a vivo v9 pro[imei no: [protected] mobile on dated:[protected] at amazon. It's been five months since i bought, i have been facing so many technical problems like heating issues, frequent hanging while using camera, web apps, making calls. And also, i couldn't able view the call lists and not able to attend the calls or make calls. While making calls phone becomes hanged and screen looks dead sometime. So, i have taken the mobile to the nearest vivo service center on date[protected] and informed the same. They have checked the mobile and said need to do some updates and done the same. But after this update also am facing the same issues again and again. When, i called them and said the problem they are not responsive and they asking to send you a mail regarding the same. Am totally upset and frustrated with this problem. So, kindly look into the issues which am facing and try to solve it asap Was this information helpful? | |||||
