[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — not getting notification

I am akshada i bought vivo y66 on 28 july 2017. I am not receiving the notification for hike unless the app is open. All the settings of notification is enabled. I tried all the possible ways by reinstalling the hike app. By updating the versions. Still i am not receiving the notification. I had call the consumer care but the information given by them was not up to mark. Please give the solution. Thanks.

I'm using vivo y53 model in that I can't make outgoing calls and I contact the aircel customer service they told there is no problem in sim u can make a call but still I can't
My mobile is hanged nd no battery backup i want to replace my mobile care says that bring evidence then m replace your mobile i want change my mobile plzz help m not happy to buy vivo fone
