Sir, I had purchased vivo v15 s model mobile from Eastern Logica infoway ltd kolkata. on 9th Sept 2015 . Its performance is not satisfactory. Its become hanged time to time and unable to talk or use any apps comfortably. Requested to take return this phone immediately, may be handset problem or your model problem. Please treat as urgently.
