[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — screen

Dear sir,

Greetings for the day.

Kindly treat this matter as utmost urgent with top priority.

Kindly note that i purchased a vivo product (Mobile) model y17, imei number [protected], on[protected] thru shree radhey communication in vrindavan dham for 16, 000 rs (Rupees sixteen thousand only).

I must honestly admit that your product & service both are unsatisfactory. I have a strong negative rating for your product & after sales service.

9th aug, evening, when i reached back home, i took my mobile from my bag but to my shock & surprise a big black spot was visible on display screen. Neither the mobile fell somewhere nor the screen is cracked at any place. I consulted your vivo customer care service & they advised me to visit their authorised service centre in mathura for rectification, since the product is just 3 months old & is covered under warranty period.

When, i approached your service centre in mathura in person, i was assisted by executive at complaint desk & she bluntly refused to entertain my request & gave the reason as damaged display screen. Without any physical drop, wear or tear if your product develops such symptoms, it vividly/clearly points that vivo products are highly unreliable/undependable in nature.

Your executive gave me a product repair (Folder cost) of around 3, 700 rs for a 90 days old mobile.

Your company wants customer to pay a big sum of 16, 000 rs for y17 mobile & another 3700 rs within 3 months time to get problem rectified.

I have observed that your mobiles are most expensive & unreliable in nature. Your competitors are selling mobiles with improved features, minimal price, maximum efficiency & reliable after sales service.

I am repenting after purchasing your product. I will never buy any vivo product in future nor will recommend any of my close associate to buy vivo product, which are highly unreliable in nature.

I have instructed/directed my advocate to file a strong complaint/case in consumer court against vivo product/service with hefty penalty clause. I would also be forwarding my complaint/grievance to all leading national newspapers & tv channels.

I was not satisfied with your product or services.

In case you can opt any justified solution, kindly let me know. I was even ready to pay 200 -400 rs (Actual company cost of folder), but your executive was demanding 3, 700 rs for 3 months old mobile.
