[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — service centre people requested to pay money for warranty period mobile | |||
Hello, On 05th my mobile display colour changed while kept in charge, i immediately gave it at vivo showroom in krishna nagar, mudichur,. Next day i went to collect the phone, they are asking to pay money as the mobile got physical damage, but i argued as they is not even a single crack. But they are not agreeing, since 4 days i am following up, but getting the same reply. I have attached the pic, as i can't able to share you the full image as size is more.
