My self kiran raval live in gujarat (Mehsana). I was using vivo 1713 mobile. Said phone was theft by someone from my pocket. Hecne i punch police complain & get copy of complain. I contact to vivo mobile by call that inform that my mobile was stolen kindly lock imei [protected] & [protected] As security reason but vivo unable to process the same. Kindly help for the same.
