In continuation with my complaint, i wish to inform that today afternoon I have receivd a call from mr. Vivek of your office and informed that Rs.5000 will be paid against complaint of my smart phone. I have informed him that i don't want any amount and i need only Replacement of handset for my use. Pleaase do the needful. My handset Is under warranty and bought the same before two month. Three time I approached you service centre and they have updated the software in Three time. After updating second time my phone heat too much...Even when m increase brightness it heated...On my third update of 300mb ...It blast ... Even play simple vedio in lowest brightness my phone heated...I uninstalled all game m app even reset my phone...But all is useless
