I have purchased vivo v5 + mobile in may 2017, but afterone month back camera cover itself removed during usage and today also its speaker is not working. Also contact local service center for back camera but they are asking that it is chargeable. If it is in warranty peroid, then why it is chargeable. Please get it done as soon as possible. Not satisfied with your information, as have genuine reason not timely approached to your service center. In warranty peroid it should be changed. As it is default in product. Back camera was not properly working after one month.
