Hi, i have purchased vivo v5 plus in october. But now oftenly the phone has a sound problem i cant hear the voice whenever i am getting incoming calls as well as outgoing calls. Sometimes when i call someone no voice gone to other side and no voice to me also kindly resolve it as soon as possible... My mobile no is [protected].
