[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — vivo v5s : after 1 yr of buying this product it started showing low performance

The phone stops the media sound by itself after some time and if i try to increase the volume then it shows the increase in call volume even when i am not calling. I have to restart the phone several time because of this problem.
Even it is showing a very slow response to show names when there is an incoming call even when the no is saved in the device.
Plz get a better upgrade as there are a lot of bugs in the current version of the ui

S rameshPurchased phone 2 months back last week went to your tambaram service centre for hanging problem.one person" rectified" and told it will not recur.again same problem.what is the quality of your product and service?
